Quick Summary
Ok so as second head of the NBPP I feel it has had already an up and down experience, quickly rising with members and then decreasing as well.
I am going to suggest how we can better the party and how parties in the game can be better as well.
Quick history
The NBPP was formed only two months ago originally being Skylanders Party under
Hi Guy 's ideas, offers and my free q2 food hand-outs the party quickly rose in numbers.
The NBPP has only had 2 leaders myself and
Hi Guy . However we have had 4 candidates.

Second term:
Mr dictator
Montero
Nathan Slater
Thankfully now the despised NS was not voted in despite TPP support even though only being in the party for less than a day before running for leadership...
Montero on the other hand is a good longterm NBPP and UK player who I would not feel ashamed to lose to.
Current Situation
So a lot of members left purely because he seems to be a PMing god
Assassin22 invited them to his party. I feel that as party leader you can only really do one thing:
Choose who goes for congress by blocking candidates you perhaps don't like.
Like in RL the other idea is players who feel your party has their views in mind vote you into congress and you complete those views. Unfortunately it doesn't work like that.
Due to this I think players don't really care which party they belong to.
Reforming the game
Here is how I would do it.
Rewards for party leaders
So recently a player suggested that players can get the party leader medal I think this is a good idea as it would cost to start your own party but you would have to gain trust to become leader of another however it could lead to lots of parties purely for gold huntiing. So here is how I would improve that:
-You recieve only 1 or 2 gold for the medal.
-You recieve 5 gold but only every three or so times you are party leader.
-Like player inviters get gold from them levelling and every 10 which are level 7 minimun, the party leader would recieve gold for every player getting into congress.
P.S If that players writes in the comments or PMs me with article to prove he did I will edit his name in.
More party leader responsibilities
This would also mean the reward would be well earned so I would suggest that party leaders can do more. Like I said they can't do much ATM so I think party leaders should be able to do more to increase excitement for them and competiton for leadership.
Here are is an idea:
-They can set groundrules for what their congressman vote on. Eg. If the party is mainly iron company workers perhaps not voting on higher iron income tax. This would mean voters know what they are voting for.
-The same but for foreign diplomacy as well.
If I see a good idea I like in the comments I will add it.
Reform for the party
So here is my idea to totally reform our party.
Renaming
I suggest a new name for our party: TBB Party
This stands for The British Businessman Party. We would vote and stand for what is best for the parties businessman for all our business. If we had a lot of players saying one tax was too high- eg. VAT then the congressman would vote to lower them.
Rebranding
This would mean we need another logo I would open this up as a competiton for our members. I will announce further details if I am voted in again.
Growth
I am going to finish my candidature with a scheme for growth.
Assassin22 won presidency with this so this is my scheme for growth, messaging. It's very simple but clearly very effective: Every 5 members a current member invites they would recieve 10q5 food.
This would mean that we will recieve a lot of new players and there is an incentive to join. If we reach 50 members I would donate every player 10q2 food. Purely to celebrate the great success.
So please if you like these ideas whether for the party or the game, comment, shout and vote. I am not asking for subs but all election votes on the day would be appreciated as always.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
