Greeting everyone! Today I will present you my ideas for making the game better in few quite important aspects (house industry, overproduction, MM/job market, managing companies).

1.) Houses

The current situation is, according to many people's opinion and also my own, horrible. You can make some profit nowadays, but what will happen when all the players posses houses? The whole industry will collapse?

There is no need for that. Simply make houses disappear after some time.

Q1 house / 10 days
Q2 house / 20 days
Q3 house / 30 days
Q4 house / 40 days
Q5 house / 50 days

For instance! Alternatively, give them any duration you want, but please change something. It's such a pity that a whole industry disappears with a no reasonable reason.

2.) Overproduction

We all witness prices going down everyday and that we produce much more than we can use / sell. This trend will continue also in the future. Companies will firstly function with very small profits and then with losses. Consequently, the majority of people will loose interest for the game and leave it, which is not what you want.

What can you do to change this?

Let's take a look at the productivity formula. We can see that this formula is still used, with no changes. It used to function properly when the total number of players was significantly smaller, yet now, with the number of people playing the game being almost 23.5k it causes more problems than it bringing fun to the players. Ideas?

Add "f" factor to the productivity formula! f will be a function of total number of players playing the game, which will be self-regulating on a month basis (at the beginning of the month a new f will be determined or the old one kept for one more month, depending on the number of players).

This is just an idea, made with "approximate" values. One person's productivity will drop, but the additional number of people would make the balance so the markets won't crash / prices won't be falling constantly.

3.) Monetary market / job offers

This one will be short: make a time for a number of offers you can set or change.

On the monetary market:
- adding a new offer / changing the existing one, once in every 10 minutes;
- deleting a offer / once in 5 minutes (it has to stay on the market for that time before you can delete it);

On the job offers market:
- adding an offer / once in every 15 minutes;

4.) Companies

Every company manager knows how annoying it can be to be forced to seek new workers each and every day. In addition to that, people tend to quit their jobs because job offers on the market are 0.1 currency higher (or even smaller!). The idea for the change is the following:

- You can't quit your job for 36 hours from the moment you got the job.
- Your manager can't change your salary during the first 36 hours.

Pozdrav svima. Ne bih da dužim bespotrebno, želim da vam predstavim par ideja kako poboljšati igru u par aspekata oko kojih se ovih dana govori (industrija kuća, začeci hiperprodukcije, kao i par ideja vezanih za unapređenje tržišta rada, novca i upravljanja kompanijama).

1.) Industrija kuća

Razmišljajući i čitajući komentare rasprave sam uvideo da veliki broj ljudi jednostavno nije zadovoljan trenutnom situacijom vezanom za ovu industriju (ok, uglavnom vlasinici fabrika kuća i drveta). Naime, trenutno je moguće zaraditi određenu količinu novca, ali problem nastaje u trenutku kada svi igrači e-Sima budu imali kuće, pošto je vrlo verovatno da će cela grana industrije propasti.

Idejno rešenje koje predlažem je da kuće imaju rok trajanja i da igrači sami određuju od kog datuma žele da one traju. Primer:

Kvalitet Rok trajanja

Q1 10 dana
Q2 20 dana
Q3 30 dana
Q4 40 dana
Q5 50 dana

Količina zdravlja koju kuće vraćaju bi ostala ista.

2.) Hiperprodukcija

Počela je i toga smo svi svesni. Pogledajte samo malo koliko su cene pale u proteklih par meseci (lagano, da, ali svejedno padaju). Došlo je do zasićenja tržišta budući da proizvodimo previše a trošimo premalo. Posledice - smanjenje profita, gašenje kompanija, igrači gube interes za igrom i polako odlaze. Ja to ne želim a cenim da ni vi.


Ideja se svodi na to da se formula za produktivnost malo izmeni, uvođenjem dodatnog faktora ("f", koji bi uzimao u obzir broj igrača koji su trenutno u igru (u celom svetu, naravno). Formula koja je napravljena je vrlo dobro funkcionisala dok je u igri bio manji broj igrača, međutim, porastom broja aktivnih došli smo do problema zasićenja tržišta, čije rešenje što originalno nije bilo predviđeno.

Dakle, u postojeću formulu je potrebno dodati f, koji će se automatski računati na početku meseca i važiti za ceo taj mesec. Primer:

Na taj način će se smanjiti produktivnost svakog čoveka, ali će više ljudi biti u igri ( i obrnuto), čime bi mogla da se uspostavi ravnoteža na tržištu i ne bi dolazilo do pada cena odnosno pucanja samog tržišta.

3.) MM / tržište rada
MM:

- dodavanje nove ponude na tržište / menjanje postojeće - moguće jednom u 10 minuta;
- brisanje ponude - po isteku 5 minuta od postavljanja

Tržište rada:

- dodavanje nove ponude / izmena postojeće - svakih 15 minuta.

4.) Upravljanje kompanijama

- radnici ne mogu da napuste kompaniju prva 36 sati nakon što se prijave za posao;
- poslovođe ne mogu da im menjaju platu prvih 36 sati;

Promene bi doprinele tome da ljudi ne daju otkaze čim na tržištu vide platu višu za 0.1 rsd, pošto je izluđujuće svaki dan tražiti nove radnike.

Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.


In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.


You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).


At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
