Oh, no I mean in a week SM Corp will enter the Stock Market... (1 week ago after Admin posted delay of Stock Market module...)
so... now then...
In about 3 hours SM Corp will enter the Stock Market!! Yay!
or will it be..
Tomorrow evening SM Corp will enter the Stock Market!! (because Admin forgot to turn that shit on at midnight...)
In either case... In the near future there will be a stock company called SM Corp that YOU will be able to invest your gold in!
So this will probably be the last update of this kind, as it will be tricky to guesstimate the CEO's share in the future when most is invested in the stock company.. Just go by average value per share and multiply it with the number of shares the CEO has then if you are interested.
Anyways, here comes a continuation of the statistics from the last article.
In the last ~50 days this pie chart shows where the profit came from and how much it was. Not too much to say about it really until after we've seen the networth graph..
Basically the two big bumps in the graph near the end are from medals&level ups and a 24 gold profit from the Stock Market beta companies. 24 gold profit made a nice bump really, but it is nowhere near the several thousand gold other players have managed to ripp off people.. I still can't understand why Admin would test the module on the live server.. Ah well.. moving on..
I should mention aswell that the end of the graph is flat at the moment... mainly due to bad investments in the money market.. So I stress that it is nowhere near guaranteed income from money market speculation..
But on to the more interesting aspect then, which is the stock market module. SM Corp has made a decision about the introduction on the money market.
The general goal is to invest in mainly Q5 companies and return all profits to investors on a near daily basis. Expansion will work so that new shares will be issued continiously at a flat rate as a way to get funding for new companies. This in combination with small almost daily dividends should keep the stock's worth per share almost constant to reduce speculation and promote long term investments.
The only drawback if such exists is that the CEO will begin with 200 shares of the company valued at 1 gold each, as a sort of early reward for the hard work which will be needed to put in running a stock company. After these initial 200 shares, new shares will be issued for 5 gold apiece. The target value per share will be around 4 gold and the CEO guarantees to buy back all shares for a minimum of 3 gold, if not more.
It should not be unrealistic to keep a dividend higher than 0.01 gold per share a day. 0.10 gold per share a week should be doable, but with declining product prices and general trend of increasing wages it could be tough. Time will tell.
What we do know however is that Q5 companies will always be profitable after the initial high capital investment, so having many players pool together for them in a stock company will most likely be a better idea than starting an unprofitable Q2 or Q3 company on your own.
So some general advertising from a friendly company near you who is not at all trying to take over the world; Invest in SM Corp! Apply for a job in SM Corp's future companies! Share the profits of SM Corp by owning shares.
To finish off, the high end goal in this game has to be sucessfull being militaristic and being based in Sweden, SM Corp tries to do it's part to support Sweden in the defense against Lithuania. This boasting screenshot is from an offensive defense battle in the middle of the night a few weeks ago when pretty much no one was online in Europe.. Sure, Sweden lost the battle but not that round!

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
