Pozdravljeni dragi državljani in drage državljanke eSlovenije.
V današnjem članku bom na kratko napisal članek ki bo mladim podjetnikom morda v malo pomoč.
Pa začnimo.
Kdaj odpreti podjetje?
-Za odpretje podjetja je potrebno imeti dovolj golda.Priporočeno je, da malo golda obdržite da ga imate za plače.Ta gold pretvorite v valuto v kateri so plače.Obstajata 2 vrsti podjetja.V nekaterih podjetjih lahko proizvajate surovine za produkte, lahko pa tudi proizvajate produkte.Če si izberete podjetje v kateri se proizvajajo surovine vam svetujem da ne odpirate firme ki ni vsaj Q3 ker drugače ne bo profita.Katera raw podjetja lahko odpirate?
Stone(=Kamen)
Wood(=les)
Grain(=žito)
Iron(=železo)
Oil(=olje)
Diamond(=diamanti)
Katera podjetja v katerih se proizvajajo produkti lahko odpirate?
Weapons(=orožje/pištole)------->železo
House(=Hiša)------->les
Gift(=darilo)------->diamanti
Food(=hrana)-------->žito
Ticket(=karta)-------->olje
Defend System(=obrambni sistem)-------->kamen
Hospital(=bolnica)---------->kamen
Zraven sem napisal tudi kaj potrebujete za izdelovanje teh produktov.
Kot morda že veste obstaja več kvalitet(Q) podjetij.Poznamo Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4 in Q5.
Vendar je potrebno vsako nadgradnjo plačati.
Q1-20g(za ustanovitev)
Q2-20*nadgradnja*
Q3-50g*nadgradnja*
Q4-100g*nadgradnja*
Q5-200g*nadgranja*
Torej skupaj je 390g.
Podjetja odpiramo tavno zato da bi od njih imeli kaj dobička.Moramo pa se naučiti kako računati profit.Jaz vam bom zdaj pokazal tako kot sta mi

Pokazal vam bom kako se računa "na roko" in ne z esim kalkulatorji.
Potrebujete listek,pisalo in pa kalkulator
.
Kot prvo poiščete firmo pri kateri hočete izračunati profit.
Ko se mi pokaže firma ze zarolam dol do delavcev in tam kliknem "view workers productivity"
Potem pa gledate tam pod zeleno barvo oz. "Units produced" in jih začnete seštevati.Ko jih seštejete dobite točno število, ki so ga delavci proizvedli.
Primer:
Francka:naredi 100 pištol porabi pa 200 irona.
Janez:naredi 50 pištol in porabi 100 irona
youareidiot:naredi 20 pištol in porabi 25 irona.
Seštejemo število vseh narejenih pištol in ga pomnožimo(krat) z ceno ki jo prodamo na marketu.
Se pravi:
Francka,Janez in youareidiot skupaj naredijo 170 pištol.Cena pištol na trgu pa je 0.25.Potem v kalkulator napišem:170x0.25.
V tem primeru dobim 42.5 SIT od prodaje teh pištol.
To število si zapišemo na listek.Nato pogledamo koliko so delavci porabili surovin.
Isti primer kot prej:
Francka porabi 200 irona
Janez porabi 100 irona
youareidiot porabi 25 irona.
Skupaj števila seštejemo.Dobimo 325.
Nato pa to število 325 pomnožimo z ceno surovine.V tem primeru je to iron in recimo da je cena 0.06 SIT.V kalkulator napišemo 325x0.06.V tem primeru dobimo 19.5 SIT.To številko si zapišemo na listek.Nato pa izračunamo še vstoto plač.
Primer:
Francka ima 4 SIT plače
Janezek 2.5 SIT plače
youareidiot pa 1 SIT plače.
Zračunamo vstoto.V tem primeru dobimo 7.5 SIT.
Tudi to številko si zapišemo na listek.Nato pa seštejemo številko od plač in številko od porabljenih surovin.V tem primeru dobimo 27 SIT.To številko si zapišemo na listek.Nato pa pogledamo na listek in izračunamo dobiček od vseh prodanih pištol -(minus) vsota plač in porabljenih surovin.
V tem primeru je to 42.5-27=15,5
V profitu smo za 15.5 SIT!!!.

To je bil primer za podjetje ki proizvaja produkte.V primeru da imate raw podjetje pa je izračun tak:
Dobiček od prodanih surovin-plače=profit.
Kje odpreti firmo?
Najbolje je firmo odpirati v HIGH regijah ki vam dajo 25% bonusa.Seveda ne kar v vsaki high regiji.Še želite odpreti železo je treba najti eno regijo ki ima HIGH IRON, če želite odpreti firmo kamna je treba najti regijo ki ima HIGH STONE...Če ima mesto tudi v lasti svoje glavno mesto, se proizvodnost PRODUKTOV zviša za 10%.

Predlagam vam da ob odprtju podjetja ne "nabijate" plač nekam gor ker lahko to kmalu pripelje do bankrota.Treba je tudi malo logično razmišljat
.Kot na primer.Q2 gifti se slabše prodajajo kot Q5.in Q5 vozovnice se bolje prodajajo kot katera koli drugia kvaliteta vozovnic...Čez čas boste vse že znali .

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
