Van harte welkom in sNetherlands op E-Sim. Om je een beetje op gang te helpen, hebben wij vanuit de reeds spelende Nederlanders een hulpprogramma opgezet. Dit hulpprogramma wordt op dit moment (namens de regering van sNL) gerund door drie “mentoren”:

Als je in het spel ergens niet helemaal uitkomt, kun je één van ons een berichtje sturen. We zijn uiteraard niet altijd online, maar we zullen ons best doen zo snel mogelijk te reageren. Overigens zullen de meeste andere spelers ook graag bereid zijn je te helpen!
Verder hebben we een aantal opdrachten gemaakt. Door het uitvoeren van deze opdrachten leer je het spel snel kennen en bovendien kun je er een beloning mee verdienen!
1: Werken– trainen– vechten: 5q3 food
- Deze opdracht is de eerste die je kan doen op e-sim.
- Je doet dit door op je startpagina van je account, naar beneden te scrollen.
- Je ziet dan 3 buttons om op te klikken, werk, trainen en vechten. Je klikt op deze button, verder wijst het zich voor zich!
2: Forum account maken en een slimme, gezellige of intelligente opmerking maken: 5q3food+10q1weapons
Dit is een iets moeilijkere opdracht, Je begint door naar de het forum te gaan dit is de link.
http://esimnld.com . Je registreert je daar met dezelfde naam als je op e-sim hebt. Daarna moet je je aanmelden bij usergroeps en dan citizens dat kan hier click . Dan moet je even wachten totdat de moderator je accepteert. Daarna ga je op zoek naar een interessant topic en geef jeeen reactie daarop. Je kunt natuurlijk ook zelf een nieuw topic maken. Stel jezelf eens voor bijvoorbeeld!
3: Een party en een Militaire unit te joinen ( MU= militaire Unit) 5q4 food
Een party joinen is niet zo moeilijk, je gaat vanboven op je startpagina naar My Places.
Als je dit doet zie je party staan, daar klik je op en kies je een party. Het is misschien wel slim om de party leader te vragen wat hun standpunten zijn zodat je misschien beter kan kiezen. Een party is feitelijk hetzelfde als partijen in de “echte” politiek. Een party is dus hetzelfde als de VVD en PVDA in het echt.
De militaire unit joinen kan pas vanaf level 6. Dit doe je ook door op My Places te klikken en daarna ga je naar Military unit. Dan kun je als Nederlander bijvoorbeeld voor de Nederlandse krijgsmacht kiezen: De Militaire Unit van ons nationaal leger. Later kan je naar de Nederlandse Commando’s gaan als je eco skill en je strenght hoger is.
4: Iemand uitnodigen en tot level 7 krijgen.10q1weapons (NL cs verplicht)
Dit doe je door naar My places te gaan. Daar zie je Invite Friends, je klikt daar op en je ziet daar een refferal link, deze link spam je overal in sites of forums, niet op e-sim want dat is nutteloos. Als je dit gedaan hebt kunnen er mensen via die link op e-sim komen en dit spelen. Als deze spelers level 7 worden en medals verdienen krijg jij ook gold. Dus alleen maar voordeel.
5: 5 achievements 5q3food 5q1weapons
Dit kun je doen door bij je profiel naar je achievements te gaan (via je profiel en dan “see all achievements"
. Daar kun je zien welke je nog allemaal niet gehaald hebt. Als je er in totaal 5 hebt, dan verdien je de beloning.
6: irc-Chat gebruiken om een plek te vinden om te vechten en dat doen. 5 Q4 food + 10 Q1 weapons.
In Nederland hebben we eigenlijk 2 belangrijke communicatieplekken: het forum en de chat. Om onze aanvallen goed te kunnen coördineren spreken we soms op de chat af waar de mensen gaan vechten. Dit is onze landelijke chat #esim.nl op server-->rizon. Dit kan via ieder IRC programma of site zoals Mibbit.com. Als je niet weet hoe dit werkt kun je op het forum een uitgebreide uitleg vinden.

Voor alle bovenstaande beloningen geldt uiteraard dat je de beloning slechts één keer ontvangt!
Tot slot nog een laatste tip voor de nieuwelingen die binnen zijn gekomen via een andere speler: Als jij level 7 bereikt krijgt ook degene die jou heeft uitgenodigd een extra beloning. Hij of zij heeft er dus belang bij dat jij zo snel mogelijk groeit! Misschien kun je hem of haar dus ook om wat extra supplies vragen…

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
