No this wordy title is not some sort of horrid squeal to The Lion, The Witch, And the Wardrobe but instead a place to praise, punish, and murder our individual State Department ambassadors who have disappointed or delighted me over the past five days.
Five days ago I took over as Interim SoS with a few simple goals, to make the State Department Active, Generate a Higher Quality of Reports, and execute those who did not comply. Yesterday was the deadline for final reports and today you get to find out which of your fellow Americans are Ambassabro's and which ones are headed for the chopping block.
Report Quality Awards Every now and then there are reports sent in by ambassadors that are so detailed that they make me feel like I am in fact a part of the community they report on. The State Department likes to reward these individuals, and occasionally publicly, for their excellent service to the United States of America. Concurrent with this reward is a gold prize, and before someone in congress flips a sh*t I'm donating this gold myself, and a little indication in our record books.
Our two award receivers for this month are American_insurgent , for his report on Brazil, and Mercury55 for his report on Canada.
Activity Apples I can't afford to give out gold for this award, hint hint congress, but some ambassador's go above and beyond the call of duty for their reliability. Ambassador's are required once a week to submit a report on our relations with the country they are assigned to. In the case of this months winner Sivle not only was he handling two countries at a time, but he was also the first, and occasionally multiple times a week, to submit reports on any change in situation of either of his countries. For his diligence in representing the United States well in Spain and Portugal, despite the current war, we recognize Sivle
Honorable Discharge Occasionally being an ambassador can be boring, or maybe just overwhelming due to RL, and a person feels they have to resign. Luckily for us there are people who actually bother to tell us when they are leaving, instead of just dropping off on reports. For that we'd like to thank CmdrGhost and comandokiller for telling us, and reminding us when we forget to update our roster, for not leaving us in the dark. Good luck in the rest of your eLife.
Whipping Post Sometimes we've got special kind of ambassadors, ones that need a good public humiliation but don't deserve to be executed. For that we have the whipping post, a place for me to criticize and embarrass them a little bit with some off handed compliments.
First up we have Sermokala once an excellent ambassador to Ireland that hasn't sent in a report since May 13th. It's not like hes inactive either, you can usually find him bragging about his league skills in any channel at any time, he's just lazy. He wants excitement, so were gonna give it to him. Welcome to the whipping post Sermok, and enjoy your new additional ambassadorships to whatever country you manage to get yourself assigned to. Also, ammumu sucks.
Next we have whoever that sneaky bastard was that changed the response form to include a section "Rate your latest sexual experience on a scale of 1 to 10". I don't know who it was, but that was sneaky.
The Executioner Finally we have the main attraction, the executioner. Occasionally we have unreliable or unresponsive ambassadors and normally we fire them in quiet. However I wanted to hand over to the next SoS a good team of solid individuals so I promised a threat of public firing if they didn't respond, and because I can be vengeful if somebody disappoints me. So this month the following individuals have been removed from the State Department:
Opportunity With the firing of the inactive players we have several opening in the State Department. Message whoever ends up as SoS at the end of this election and send in an application, we can train damn near anyone and you meet some interesting characters along the way.
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth.
Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit
different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be
efficiently
managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation.
Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the
game.
Work for the good of your country and
see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules.
First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you
will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress
as a fighter.
You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which
are owned by the state.
After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your
own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock
company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics
in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes.
From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability
to run for the head of the party you're in.
You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws
proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself.
Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you.
You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential
elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state
(for example, who to declare war on).
Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have
a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military.
In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control
over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials.
For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have
to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on
their territory.
You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life
as a pacifist
who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling
products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game.
It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present
in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth
according to their own.
So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
