Dear citizens of the United States of America,
The Foreign Affairs of a nation are its lifeblood. It is for this very reason that my half of a term as President emphasized foreign affairs, and it is for this very reason that if you reelect me that my new term will also emphasize foreign affairs. Foreign Affairs dictates what wars we enter, dictates what regions we acquire, dictates who we fight alongside, and dictates how our economy grows. Thus, it is extremely necessary that I surround myself with a strong foreign affairs team who will help me decide our great nation's foreign policy. If you decide to reelect me as President, the Department of State will look as follows:

All of the abovementioned Americans will serve their country honorably and effectively in the foreign affairs field.
Sigma and Neutral Relations
No matter what happens, the members of Sigma will be our first priorities, and I am sure that the citizenry of our brothers in Sigma feel the same. With that cleared up, I think we need to address a few issues.
I do want to stress the fact that I want maintain Sigma as it is now - a defensive alliance that frees oppressed nations. If its mission statement turns aggressive, then my judgement would defer to what I truely believe.
I will never support an operation that involves invading a neutral or non-threatening nation.
However, many know that I have worked over the last two months both as Secretary of State and as President to increase relations in South America and Asia - the most highly publicized evidence would be the victories in Mexico over Brazilian occupation and the attack on Portugal. It is my goal to continue this regardless of ALPHA, the Musketeers, or neutral affiliation. All nations and peoples deserve a chance to play this game.
What we will base good and bad relations off of are each independent nation's response to imperialism - oppression and invasion of free nations. Portugal and Russia exemplified this trait and are on the opposite side of the battlefield because of it. If a nation stands against imperialism and oppression, they can stand with us. This anti-imperialistic doctrine also applies to Sigma. Sigma was formed as a defensive alliance and should stay as such.
Active State Department
If I am reelected,
Mark Michaelson will be appointed Secretary of State. He will prove his worth by recruiting new ambassadors, firing inactive ambassadors, and managing and increasing activity in the State Department both domestically and internationally.
I will push for the State Department to be extremely active. It will hunt down new Mutual Protection Pacts, maintain dialogue with friendly and hostile nations alike in order to prevent any misunderstandings, unwanted conflict, and projecting our message and goals to nations around the world.
Ambassadors will be more active in informing the populace about their nations so we have a well educated populace who knows all there is to know about our neighbors, allies and enemies from around the world.
Increasing Ties in South and Central America
One of my biggest goals is to improve ties with our fellow American nations - Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and Peru. Currently we have many disagreements and have many policies that conflict with each others policies and goals. However, I hope to bridge this gap and have been in talks with the leaders of several South American nations for quite some time. I would like to bring all of our nations closer together both politically and militarily.
I wish to continue talks with the leadership of the Central and South American nations to prevent warfare between the nations of the Americas, and hopefully to bring them into Sigma in the future. The nations of the Americas could band together to repel European and Asian imperialist adventures into our territories. However, this is of course the end goal and other steps lay on the path to improving relations with the Central and South American nations first.
If elected, this will be one of the primary goals of my foreign policy and will complement my support of reaching out to all nations and freeing occupied states in order to allow all peoples and nations to play the game.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
