在这里，作为先富起来的一小部分人，我算是小有薄财吧（别夸别夸，全球第八
），我的观察发现，一个牛逼的商人成为牛逼的战士容易，反之则难；统计意义上讲，每当有一个正常运转的Q4工厂，相当于多了一个强力的战士。也正是因为中国玩家们组织能力和经商能力的出众，使得中国能够以区区6百人口，屹立于本游戏中的强大国家之前列。
所以，我会在以后，稍微省吃俭用点，把攒下的钱钱，作为无聊基金Gold ，借给要钱开办工厂的新人们，帮助他们尽快富起来，强大起来。同时，我会引入一些新的约束，努力使得借款的玩家树立良好的游戏风格（俗称节操），虽然说，之前我也经常因为没节操被批评，不过总归在努力改正嘛~
基金的借款金额基本单位：10G，也就是说，借款额应该是10G的正整数倍。
基金的基础利率：0.5%（day272 ），确实挺高，不过下面有很多减免措施，请有意借款者仔细看下去。
基金如果遇到了利率调整：如果是利率调高，那么之前借出去的钱利率不变，如果调低，那么统统调低。
基金的给出方式：以无息贷款的形式给出，还款每周一次，下周一之前直接d我
利率减免措施：
1：如果在本周没有打反的情况，那么利率减免0.05%
2：如果是新人的第一笔借款，利率减免0.1%（我如今依然对我的第一次记忆尤深，那是一个夜晚，will给了我50G。。后来嘛。。）
3：如果是我的下线，那么利率减免0.1%
4：如果是EDF/MDF成员，利率减免0.03%
5：如果是EDF/MDF军垦成员，利率减免0.03%
6：如果本周有拉到新人玩家，截图给我，则本周利率减免0.1%

希望申请到贷款的期限：day a~b
希望申请到贷款的金额：a~b
担保人：名字
符合的减免条件：全部写上去，并算出来最终的利息
关于担保人：担保人可以是大军团的军团长（比如conge），总管（比如ruanmu），总统前总统（比如Linda），著名有节操人士（比如stunnum，loli），著名奸商（比如azhen）
在我答应借款后，需要贷款人请担保人在报纸留言：
“我为day a借给玩家b 数额为c Gold的贷款进行担保”
如果违约并且afk，担保人不需要赔付。但是，毕竟这是个挺没面子的事情。所以请大家一般不要给不熟的人进行担保，同时贷款人在找担保人的时候，也要为担保人的面子着想。

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
