Boas E-sim CITIZENS de Portugal...
Resolvi criar umFUNDO DE INVESTIMENTO, o primeiro do E-SIM...
Ao contrario de um banco, onde voces colocam as vossas poupanças e recebem uma taxa de juro miseravel do jogador que recebe o dinheiro, a ideia de um FUNDO DE INVESTIMENTO é a seguinte:
- Um FUNDO de INVESTIMENTO é constituido pelo capital (entenda-se GOLD) de varios jogadores (accionistas do FUNDO) e gerido por mim e por uma equipa;
- O FUNDO de INVESTIMENTO aplicará o GOLD em vários negocios, sendo os mais priveligiados as WEPs, a FOOD, os GIFTS representando estas areas entre 50 a 70% do investimento...
- os restantes 30% a 50% do negocio serão investidos nos RAWs maioritariamente e em Tickets e divisas... será deixada margem para a compra e venda de companys e para o mercado de acções quando o novo modulo entrar em funcionamento...
- Com o dinheiro dos varios accionistas do FUNDO, este efectuará compras avultadas a preços muito reduzidos quer directamente às companys quer no strade...
- Será criada uma pagina tipo excel acessivel a todos os accionistas do fundo, onde poderão ver onde foi aplicado o dinheiro bem como a sua rentabilidade...
- O Fundo entrará em funcionamento mal realize o montante minimo de 200G...
- Não existe limite para o valor a colocar no fundo, sendo que a participação de cada accionista é proporcional ao valor investido no fundo....
- o montante de GOLD investido será efectuado através de um DEBT a 30 dias sem juros para mim e assim ficará garantido a sua devolução.
- Um jogador (accionista) que queira levantar o seu GOLD do FUNDO poderá faze-lo a qualquer momento com um aviso prévio de 5 dias para que o FUNDO possa, durante esse tempo, realizar o seu capital bem como pagar-lhe a rentabilidade (entenda-se os seus ganhos liquidos) na venda dos produtos.
- A entrada no FUNDO de INVESTIMENTO é gratuita, sendo que os jogadores (accionistas) pagarão 30% dos seus ganhos (rentabilidade) a mim (ou à equipa gestora do fundo); isto é se um jogador investiu 10G e tem a receber 10G (capital incial) + 3G(lucro bruto) terá de pagar 0.9G a mim
- A rentabilidade do FUNDO de INVESTIMENTO é calculada à data do levantamento do capital investido
- No caso da rentabilidade à data do levantamento do GOLD for igual a zero, nao será devido nenhum pagamento a mim (ou à equipa gestora do fundo).
- o FUNDO DE INVESTIMENTO nao tem prazo de finalização e estará sempre acessivel a novas entradas apartir do momento da sua constituição.
- Parajogadores ou MU's que nao querem passar os dias no strade, ou no market nacional, na compra e venda de produtos esta é a solução ideal;
- Orisco é diminuto, uma vez que ao fazerem o investimento por DEBT fica salvaguardado o capital inicial.
-O maior risco associado ao vosso investimento será mesmo a desvalorização de um produto (food por exemplo) e nesse caso o FUNDO de INVESTIMENTO não o venderá até que o preço seja rentável. No caso de isso nao acontecer, receberão como forma de pagamento do vosso investimento a parcela correspondente ao vosso GOLD investido em produtos adquiridos....Logo nao há risco associado, na pior da hipotese ficarão com o mesmo GOLD ou com o mesmo valor em produtos...
Espero que gostem da ideia e que arrisquem nem que seja com 5 ou 10 G (aquilo que ganham a treinar e a trabalhar durante 1 mes ou o equivalente a uma BH)....isto tb ajudará a expulsar alguns intrusos do mercado nacional

I decided to create an INVESTMENT FUND in E-sim...
Not like an Bank, where you put your savings into some player's account an he gives you low interest....This INVESTMENT FUNDidea going to work like this:
- TheINVESTMENT FUNDis formed by several player's(the FUND STOCKHOLDER's) capital (GOLD) and it will be runned and managed by me and my team...
- This FUND will invest in many areas, and perhaps50% to 70% of the investmentwill be made in FOOD, WEPs, and GIFTS...
- the others 30% to 50% of the investment will be made in RAW's, currencies, company's buying-and-selling and in stocks when the stock market module start...
- The FUND will buy from companys or strade, huge buyings at lower price and sell them to other´s, in PT national market, or in other country´s markets if i have people in my team with diferent CS..
-I'm going to make an Excel page, acessible to every FUND stockholder's, where they can see where the money is, which investments have been made, etc...
- there'sno GOLD limitto a player invest in this FUND, and his earnings by stockholding this fund will be proporcional to the GOLD invested...
- The investment should be done by an 30 day DEBTwith no interests or taxes made by you to my person (or anyone from my managing team) ...This way is insured your investment
- Any player (stockholder of the FUND) who want's to get his/her money back from the FUND, can do it just by reporting to me his/her's intention with 5 days warning. This give time for me and my team do sell our products to pay the player is money and his FUND profit
- Making part of the FUND is completely free to all e-sim players, the only thing player's will pay is 30% of the earnings (profit) to me or my team...
- The earnings, or interest rates are calculated at the time player decided to remove his/her investment from the FUND
- If in the removing day, player earnings for some reason are like to be equal to ZERO, he/her have no obligation to pay me or my team anything...
- This FUND has no ending limit, and it will be acessible for everyone anytime since moment it start...
- This FUND will start as soon as total invesment sum by stockholders are equal to 200G....
- This is the best for those player's or MU's who dont have time or patience to be in Strade, or selling in National markets;
- There´s no RISK associated, or it´s almost none...because if i buy stuff and you make me an DEBT, at worst change´s you receive those stuff i buy if i cant sell them at good price....so it´s an WIN-WIN situation... you obtain earnings and profits if i sell high...or you receive your initial capital or in exchange stuff that i had buy at the end of 30 days (cause i buy huge amounts, this i think will never happen - but for sure its an possibility if any product depriciate)
I sincerily hope you like this idea and you invest...even if you only invest 10 or 5G for an start (its like your earnings from 30 days trainning or working, or even 2 BH) its not much but it will make the diference...
As you Know, money makes money and....I want this FUND with thousands of GOLD so come on.... INVEST

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
