FSU Updates
First off, since the announcement of the formation of the Freedom Stands United party, there has been a few criticisms, a few people doubting what we stand for and what our endgame is. The answers are simple. We're here to make sure everyone steps their games up.
FSU isn't founded to be a voting hit squad. FSU wasn't founded to be anyone's corrupt plaything, nor is it here to start a civil war. We want free information passed along. We want the public to have access to information as soon as it's no longer sensitive. We want the public to know that their taxes are being raised and why. We want the government to stop treating us like clueless two clickers because some of us don't bother to metagame. We want the other parties to stop treating their members like pawns or zombies. We don't want wasteful distractions, or bread and circuses. We want substance and reasons.
We will not be dismissed simply due to the machinations of a few, nor will we be ignored. We are growing and we are expanding, but not with simple people playing follow the leader. Our core values are that people can think intelligently, make their own conclusions in this game and mechanically, if given the proper information to do so.
We're tired of the old eRep way of doing business.
One quote comes to mind from a friend of mine, EzZEk , who asked me a simple question. "But LH...didn't you build the system?" The answer is simple. I take responsibility for my inaction to allow old routines to fall into place, but even during my terms, I always took time to answer concerned citizens. I believe that the current administration should also take that to heart and make time for the citizens in this country TO ask questions. Many of whom are fine with the reasoning, as long as you take a little time to simply answer their concerns. This is a valid point.
And while I did build the system, people are not gears and levers, nor fuel for an end product that they have no say in the design schematics. People are not lubricant for those in power. We will not be manipulated.
FSU will never be controlled by one entity. FSU will never fall in line. FSU will be unified in our approach towards helping the country, by playing off each others' strengths, and boosting each others' weaknesses. Some may indicate a concern about FSU being run by mob rule, but I think by looking at our current roster, those fears can be assuaged. Experience trumps simple anarchy. Our diversity is our strength. Can the other parties say the same?
Party Goals
We ARE looking for new members, fresh blood, and fresh ideas. More importantly than that, however, is our interest in finding players who genuinely want to contribute actively. We want free thinkers, unique personalities and people who actually want to be here. We're open minded and we expect our members to maintain this ideal. After all, if you can't be yourself in a party of friends, what good is that party? If you can't trust your partymates, what good is that party? If you think being a simple cog is awesome, then please, ignore this article and click on, friends. What I have to say isn't for you.
Be the change you wish for.
Our goals are as simple as our party guidelines. Transparency, competition, and choices.
We aren't trying to play the "control as many congress seats as possible" game, nor are we declaring war on the country's people. We're declaring war on inactivity, complacency and those comfortable in their spots. While we are free thinkers, we will do so in regards to game mechanics and make sound, common sense reasoned recommendations.
We aren't here to push around useless legislation, unless it offers a sound reason mechanically.
The Last Word
If the FSU sounds right for you, feel free to join us at #FSU, and ask us questions, or even just to hang out. We're pretty cool people, regardless of what we are or what we've done.
May your paths to success be short and fulfilling.
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth.
Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit
different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be
efficiently
managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation.
Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the
game.
Work for the good of your country and
see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules.
First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you
will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress
as a fighter.
You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which
are owned by the state.
After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your
own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock
company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics
in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes.
From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability
to run for the head of the party you're in.
You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws
proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself.
Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you.
You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential
elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state
(for example, who to declare war on).
Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have
a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military.
In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control
over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials.
For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have
to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on
their territory.
You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life
as a pacifist
who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling
products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game.
It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present
in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth
according to their own.
So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
