Hi folks. My apologies for the lack of an article of substance since Congressional elections. I've been very busy learning the Congressional procedures and familiarizing myself with current policies, discussing and even proposing a few changes, as well as doing the other jobs I've volunteered for.
ONE of the many hats I wear is that of Secretary of the Interior in the Presidential Cabinet. I was offered the position while Liquid HOMICIDE was still in office and am happy to continue serving during Uncle Sam 's administration. One of the primary goals of the Department of the Interior is to assist low level Americans with Project Cornucopia , America's food basket program for new citizens.
One of my predecessors set the guidelines of the program with an eye toward frugal usage of the funds allowed. We were giving citizens level 1-3 100 wellness worth of food per day, 4-5 got 70w per day, 6-7 got 50w per day, and finally 8-9 got 30w per day. Unfortunately, the exp difference between levels 7 and 8 is tripled to reach level 9, and quadrupled to reach 10! If citizens only consumed the food we gave them they'd be (and were) requesting aid for a very long time indeed. This also made it very hard to identify abuse of the program, i.e., citizens who hover in the 8-9 level range with the intent to sell the food and gifts donated.
It has been my goal to outline a plan to streamline this program to allow new, active citizens to reach level 8 much faster than before while reducing opportunity for abuse. We would also like to encourage citizens to join one of the growing number of Military Units in the country. So, without further ado; the new guidelines for Project Cornucopia.
1. No FACE, no FOOD. This sounds harsh but in reality uploading an avatar is a very basic element of gameplay and the lack of one is a good indication they won't stay long or are a multi-account.
2. Minimum qualifying level is 3. A new citizen can reach level 3 on Day 1. If a citizen is stuck at level 2 because there are no battles to fight in, food cannot be consumed anyway.
3. Level 3-5 will be receiving 10 Q1 Food per day. This allows a citizen to reach level 6 in only 3 days and reduces the losses incurred by new citizens who quit early.
4. Level 6-7 will be receiving 10 Q2 Food per day. This gets our citizens to level 7 and their first 5 (or 7) gold in only one week, and level 8 (and another 5 gold) a mere 3 days later. Level 7 is the final qualifying level for food donation.
5. IF a citizen joins an approved Military Unit (more on that below), they may request 10 Q1 Gifts per day INSTEAD of food until level 10. Since most MUs provide food but not full gifts, this can speed up leveling between 6 and 10 by several days.
At this time, in order to be on the list of approved MUs, the MU must consistently follow DoD priorities for Battle Orders.
I hope these changes make sense and lead to better retention of new players. Due to this new plan, we're also able to identify abusers of the program earlier as well. I'm very excited and would like to thank my deputies Mercury55 and CmdrGhost for their help with distribution and tracking!

Activities in this game are divided into several modules.
First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you
will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress
as a fighter.
You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which
are owned by the state.
After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your
own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock
company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics
in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes.
From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability
to run for the head of the party you're in.
You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws
proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself.
Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you.
You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential
elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state
(for example, who to declare war on).
Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have
a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military.
In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control
over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials.
For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have
to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on
their territory.
You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life
as a pacifist
who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling
products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game.
It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present
in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth
according to their own.
