Vieningumas
Daugelis užsieniečių ir mes patys vadiname save vieningais. Žaidime nematau to. Mano patirtis tokiose žaidimuose privertė pasiekti faktą, jog mes nevieningi. Priešingai... Erepe mes buvome alinami vidinių ginčų dėl kariuomenės ir šiaip. Tik laimėdami prieš rusus kažkiek susivienijom, bet vis tiek! Nereikia subyrėti pačią blogiausią akimirką. Kaip tik pačią blogiausią akimirką reikia susikaupti naujoms kovoms ir pergalėms. Yra daug pavyzdžių apie pralaimėtą mūšį, bet laimėtą karą. Mūsų žmonės dažniausiai pykstasi ir vienas iš kito juokiasi, užgaulioja. Iš šalies atrodo kaip pabėgę ligoniai iš psichiatrinės, tačiau iš tiesų taip nėra. Karas ir būtent toks žaidimas yra sukurtas bendrauti ir tikrinti savo sumanumą. Bendravimas yra šio žaidimo pamatas, bet ir vieningumas svarbus. E-sim dar neįvyko labai ypatingų konfliktų, bet visada būna pirmas kartas. Norėčiau, kol dar neprasidėjo barniai, suvienyti visus – ir trolius, ir normalius, ir valdžią. Visi mes vienodi. Visi mes turime būti kartu, Net sunkiausia akimirką. Negalima pabėgti svarbiausią sekundę. Jus manote, kad taip nebus čia, nes mes stiprūs ir galinga tauta? Ne. Sutinku, jog visur būna vidinių rietenų ir kovų, to neišvengiamai laukiama ir sLietuvoje. Nors ir mes stiprūs, bet vis tiek iškils konfliktų. Ką aš noriu pasakyti? Noriu pasakyti, jog mes turime stengtis išvengti jų. Nepasakau, kad išvengsime, bet turime dėti pastangas! Seniau turėjome savo trolį ir juokdarį – Jogailą. Tai nesveika ir žodžiais neapibūdinama. Vieningumo stoka. Niekada nereikia žeminti žmonių net ir vieno. Juk visa bendruomenė ir sudaro vienetiniai žmonės. Išimk plytą ir visas namas sugrius. Neverta ieškoti juokdario ar kažkokio pažeidžiamo žmogaus, o paskui verkti, kad nieks neateina lošti pas mus. NEVERTA! Mes patys sukūriam šūdą, todėl mes turime jį ir srėbti, o ne priskirti atsakomybę kitam, taip išnešdami sveiką kailį. Naujokai yra svarbiausia mūsų ateitis. Kas žino? Gal vienas iš tūkstančio bus prezidentas, vienas iš šimto bus būrio vadas, o vienas iš dešimties seimūnas. Smugdydami saviškius mes smugdome savo šalies lygį. Patriotizmas kai kuriems žmonėms turėtų būti nesuprantamas žodis, jeigu jie taip daro, kaip matau čia jis irgi nesuprantamas. Tarp tų žmonių esu ir aš. Mano nuomonė mums reikėtų stengtis neįžeisti aplinkinių. Aišku neįmanoma visada kalbėti gražiai, bet įmanoma stengtis. Tai padarę slietuviai galėtų laukti milžiniško naujokų antplūdžio. Tuomet nereikės jokių baby boomų ar kitko, užteks tik gražaus, ne vulgaraus elgesio. Be patyčių ir užgauliojimų mes galime daug ką pasiekti, labai daug.
Patyčios
Didieji mūsų šalies protai iš to galbūt juoksis, bet aš matau tik faktus ir tiesą, todėl tiesiog nekreipsiu į juos dėmesio. Taigi, patyčios yra pats svarbiausias mūsų šalies silpnumo požymis žaidime. Su juo mes silpnėjame kiekvieną minutę. Jogaila, Gytmiestis ir kai kurie kiti asmenys yra užgauliojami, nes jie jauni! Koks skirtumas jeigu žaidimą lošia 13 arba 14? Ar gi tai blogai? Juk mes neduodame jiems pasiekti aukštų postų, tai turėtų užtekti. Vietoje pezėjimų ir bambėjimų apie jų nemokėjimą rašyti, mes juos padrąsintume ir padėtume. Jie tikrai pasistengtų geriau ir nepaliktų žaidimo. Bendravimas pagrindinė šio žaidimo dalis. Kokios šalies geriausias organizuotumas ir bendravimas ta šalis geriausia.
Kaip būti tuo kuo norime
Pastangos. Jos viską atpirks ir padės sLietuvai. Kiekvienas iš mūsų kaip koks mechanizmas turime suktis viena puse, tai yra organizuotai ir vieningai. Normalus bendravimas be jokio kandžiojimosi – štai kas turėtų mus pastiprint. Vieningumas ir bendravimas – mūsų trūkumas. Aišku tai blogai, bet nereikia nukabinti nosės. Tobulų nėra, tačiau galima stengtis pasiekti to.
Po minusų ateina ir pliusai. Štai pabaigai, kokie mūsų sLietuvos pliusai: organizuotumas, tikėjimas, kovingumas, užsispyrimas, geras pasiruošimas karui, nepasidavimas net blogiausioje situacijoje.
Tačiau nereikia užmigti ant laurų. Priminsiu – PASTANGOS. Be jų mes nulis.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
