MatthijsM zal zich kandidaat stellen voor de presidentsverkiezing van 5 mei.
Het begon allemaal op dag 144 van e-sim. Ik melde me aan op dit geweldige spel te spelen. Naar gelang ik dit spel speelde hoe meer plezier ik er in kreeg en hoe meer ervaring. Toen ik las dat België zal toegevoegd worden in de e-sim wereld was ik zeer blij. Ik werd president van België dankzij het congress maar deze keer wil ik het anders, nu wil ik jullie stem de stem van België.
Deffensie
Deze taak zal komende termijn zeer belangrijk worden want onze imuniteit zal weg gaan op dag 253. Deze dag zullen wij misschien worden aangevallen door 1 van onze buurlanden. Daarom heb ik de hulp van
SWEEG007 ingeroepen. Sweeg007 zal dus mijn minister van deffensie (MoD) zijn.
Financieën
Zoals de meeste onderons al gemerkt hebben dat onze staat een Q4 food company heeft, die ons financiële middelen zal geven wanneer nodig. Als ik verkozen word zal in mijn volgend termijn
Xplosive mij helpen met de financiële kant van België dit heeft hij ook al eerder gedaan. Dus Xplosive zal mijn minister van Financiën zijn. Onze staatskas is momenteel niet zo groot maar daar zal verandering in komen. Wij zullen proberen om nog jobs te maken voor België omzo een grotere, een betere, een snellere economie te krijgen. Onze taxes zullen ook in de eind periode van mijn toekomstig termijn worden verandert omdat onze economie dan al gegroeit zal zijn. Momenteel is het congress ook bezig met de taxes.
Binnenlandse zaken
Dit is zeer belangrijk, daarom heb ik dit ook in 2 delen gesplitst. Er zullen 2 personen mij helpen in dit gedeelte,
Valen , 
Kaszanka . Deze 2 personen zullen ons helpen met het maken van een babyboom en ook een soort van beginnershulp zijn voor deze nieuw spelers. Ze zullen ook iedereen van België helpen waar nodig is. Zoals de meeste ook al hebben gemerkt hebben wij een greetings message. Deze zal worden aangepast door deze 2 heren.
Buitenlandse zaken
Orango zal mij assisteren bij dit. Dit gedeelte van mijn programma zal ons helpen bij welke alliantie wij gaan. Ik en Orango zijn al reeds begonnen met het praten met de verschillende allianties. Dit zal een grote stap geven als wij een alliantie betreden. Momenteel heb ik ook nog geen idee welke alliantie ik zal kiezen als ik verkozen word. Ik zal grondig overleggen met het hele congress. Wij zullen ook alle mogelijkheden bekijken.

It all started on day 144 of e-sim, I registered and started to play this great game. The better I got to know this game the more fun I had and the more experience I got. So when I read that Belgium would be added on e-sim I was very happy. I became president of Belgium thx to a vote in congress but , this time it will be different and that’s why I need your vote, the vote of Belgium.
defence
This job will be very important as our immunity will disappear at day 253. This day we will possibly be attacked by 1 of our neighbours. That’s why I have called upon the help of
SWEEG007 he will be minister of defense or MOD.
finances
As probably the most among us know we have already established a Q4 food company, this company will give us financial help as it is a profitable company. When I get elected
Xplosive will help me with the finances of Belgium, as he has done in the past month. So with xplosive as minister of finances we should be in safe hands. Our national treasury is rather small and that’s why we will try and create jobs in Belgium, to stimulate the economy. At the end of my term as CP I will change taxes as our economy will have grown and have other needs. At the moment the congress is also working on tax changes.
homeland affairs
Because this is a very important job I have decided to split the job between 2 people
Valen , Kaszanka . These 2 persons will help us create a babyboom and put up some sort of newcommershelp. They will also be there for any Belgian that has questions. Like some of you will know we have a welcome message now and this will be updated by these 2 experienced men.
foreign affairs
Orango will assist me with foreign affairs. The most important thing in this will be which alliance will we join. Me and Orango have already started communications with some alliances. At the moment I have no idea which alliance we will join. I will discuss this thoroughly with the congress and we shall look at all options.

Tout commença lors du jour 144 de e-Sim. Je m’inscris alors sur ce fabuleux jeu. Au fur et à mesure que je jouais, au plus j’eu du plaisir et de l’expérience. Lorsque j’ai vu que la Belgique allait être intégrée au jeu, j’ai été extrêmement content. Je devint président grâce au congrès mais cette fois j’aimerais que ce soit différent, désormais j’aimerais avoir votre vote, le vote des belges.
Défense
Cette tâche sera lors de ce mandat particulièrement importante car notre immunité se termine le jour 253. Ce jour là, il est probable que nous soyons attaqués par 1 de nos voisins. C’est pourquoi j’ai demandé l’aide de

Economie
Comme la plupart d’entre nous ont déjà remarqué, l’état possède une entreprise de food Q4 actuellement, celle-ci nous donnera les fonds nécessaires en cas d’urgence. Si je suis élu, je nommerai
Xplosive pour m’aider concernant l’aspect économique de la Belgique, ce qu’il a fait déjà auparavant. Xplosive sera donc mon ministre des finances (MinFin). Notre économie nationale n’est pour l’instant pas énorme mais nous comptons y remédier. Nous tenteront égalementde créer de nouveaux emplois pour la Belgique afin d’avoir ainsi une meilleure et plus rapide économie. Nos taxes seront également modifiées à la fin de mon éventuel mandat car notre économie se sera améliorée. Momentanément, le congrès débat également de ces même taxes.
Affaires Intérieures
Ceci sera capital, c’est pourquoi j’ai divisé cette partie en deux. Il y aura donc deux ministres pour m’aider concernant cette partie,
Valen , Kaszanka . Ces deux personnes nous aideront tout d’abord à déclencher un Babyboom et ensuite également à organiser l’aide aux nouveaux joueurs. Ils aideront également tout belge qui en a besoin. Comme beaucoup ont déjà remarqué, nous avons un message d’accueil. Celui-ci sera actualisé par les deux joueurs nommés ci-dessus.
Affaires Étrangères
Orango m’aidera dans cette tâche. Cette partie de mon programme nous aidera à choisir nos alliés pour la suite. Orango et moi avons déjà discuté avec les protagonistes des différentes alliances, ce qui nous facilitera la tâche dans ce choix. Actuellement, je n’ai pas encore d’idée concernant l’alliance que je vais choisir, je choisirai lorsque je serai élu. J’en débattrai longuement avec tout le congrès. Nous analyseront toutes les possibilités.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
