Patrick OLeary due to inactivity and 
rafor sat in the presidental chair. Good luck rafor!
Now to the actualities. Today's main news are mostly from the battlefield.
HOME DEFENSE
Day 226's most important event is that Portugal has declared war on us and only a little water has flown down the Danube until their attack. A little later Midlands-Ireland, our capital fell into the hands of the British hordes. It was an equalised fight until round 8, but then they went 5-3, and that meant the end for us. Portugal didn't face any serious issues marching into Cork/Kerry, the order was not to fight there. It is 4-1 to them at the moment. We will see what day 227 will bring to us, now UK is fighting for Western Ireland and they lead 3-0 at deadline.
It was obvious from the beginning that Ireland can't stand on her own, now that we are facing two armies it's more than obvious. We spent a lot of money on supplies, and we can be proud of ourselves that we could hold the enemy for a while. But we need to reconsider our strategy. This way our treasury will become empty the next few days. Fitting in into the conquerors and taking advantage of their economy may be another way(of course just temporarily).
Today's great news was this article , in which
blankkor announced that KBL is coming to help us. Thankyou guys!
MatthijsM , the Belgian president was an interesting episode, when he appeared first in the Irish then the British chat channel, offering MPP for supplies. We didn't give it to him, UK did, so now Belgium is UK's ally.

BULK
First I think that it might be useful to start planning what to do in the near and far future. The solution would be creating a baby-boom, and the British invasion gives us an awesome chance to do it. So everybody who want to help the country should start spamming his/her reflink on Irish forums, on Irish groups' Facebook pages, in other games. If someone is rich enough IRL then maybe we could work out a strategy to buy advertisements too. It is a great chance, let's not miss it!
Also I know that our government is trying to get in touch with other countries to get MPPs, to get help. Good luck with that guys! Maybe we could take advantage of those who are not Irish IRL and are able to connect easily with other countries.
MILITARY SPECIAL EDITION
Yesterday I made a huge mistake and missed the location bonus. That made me realize that it could happen to anyone. So to prevent wasting damage in any way, I thought that I may publish a Military Guide.
First of all our damage is based on four basic ingredients. Our strength, the weapon we use, our military unit's order and our location. The first three is quite obvious I think, but the location bonus means +20% and is easy to miss. You get this bonus if you are in the attacked region in this case. Please always make sure that you don't fight from other regions, and NEVER fight from conquered regions, because then you will fight AGAINST Ireland!
Another important issue is that to save your damage until the last 3-10 minutes of the battle, so they cannot react to it. If you see that we are ahead of the enemy in the last 5 minutes, please be smart and try to hold fire if it's not necessary to fight!
The best would be if before hitting, you would come and visit #e-sim.irl channel on rizon to ask for order+supplies. I think there's always someone to order/supply you.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
