About the unpaid debts.....some days ago I feared I would get banned because I had borrowed 258gto help in the creation of my Military Unit. I had everything under control because I had 112g+ 79.42gloaned.
Well, it happened that the guy who I had loaned 79.42ggot banned and because of that I knew I wouldn't be able to pay my debt in time and probably, I would get banned.
Yes, I spoke with moderators but the account had no Gold or Assets to use to pay the debt.
Fortunately, 2 days after,
Admin forced the debt payment. I don't know where he got the Gold from, and personally, I didn't really care about it.
Until a few hours ago.
First of all, when someone does not pay a debt in time to you, you have the right to ask a moderator to force the debt payment.
The debt can only be paid if the account has enough Gold or assets, that once dissolved, can pay the total value of the debt.
If the account does not have enough Gold or Assets, you won't get it back.
My idea is this:
All the Gold and assets from players that are banned for for than one month go to the
Game Bank account.
When someone has a borrower that does not have enough gold or assets to pay the debt, the
Game Bank pays the debt with the Gold and assets gathered.
Of course: the borrower would be banned, like the e-Sim team has been doing.
This way:
1. No Gold would be added to the Game, which means that the balance between Gold usage and Gold income from medals, etc will remain.
2.It doesn't change any of the game mechanics
3. It won't interfere with the moderators work
4.The loaner would receive the Gold
5. The game would provide a solution to the problem of unpaid debts !
I don't see any issue about multies in this problem. The money lost from the unpaid debt comes from those who loan the money, so it's kinda logical to think this money should be back to the owner (those who loan the money) at the first place.
At least the money goes back to the owner, the debt interest could be omitted.

Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
