-Iesākumā pastāsti par sevi ārpus spēles, kas tad slēpjas aiz nika

Esmu 21 gadu jauns jaunietis, kas dzīvo un strāda Zviedrijā par celtnieku.
-Varbūt ir kādi hobiji vai aizraušanās ārpus darba?
Jā, ir! Es nodarbojos ar sportu. Drīz jau būs silts laiks un ir doma sportot uz Zviedrijas ūdeņiem, pēc pāris gadu pārtraukuma. Pirms trīs gadiem pārtraucu airēt un nu ir doma atsākt to darīt.
-Profesionālā līmenī, vai sava prieka pēc?
Gribu atsākt sava prieka pēc. Nav tik viegli kā no malas izskatās, bet pašam ir labas sajūtas pēc kārtīga treniņa! No airēšanas nav tik viegli aiziet, zinu daudz cilvēkus, kas atgriežas pēc dažiem gadiem airēšanas sportā.
-Pievēršoties e-sim. Kā uzzināji par šo spēli un kas tevi tajā piesaistīja pirmsākumos?
Par spēli uzzināju no kāda lietuvieša. Sākumā Latvijas valdība bija poļi, kas atņēma spēlēt gribēšanu, bet tad parādījās citi latvieši, tika izveidoti pirmie skype čati par šo spēli un mani tas ieinteresēja. Dabūju savus pirmos goldus un atvēru SiLatvijā uzņēmumu, lai būtu darbavietas latviešiem.
-Vai uzsākot spēli galvā vīdēja domas, ka tieši tu nākotnē varētu būt SiLatvijas valsts galva?
Nē, tādu domu man nebija! Man bija mērķis attīstīt savu uzņēmumu, un tad parādījās Militārās vienības, atkal mērķis attīstīt vienību, bet tad sanāca tā, ka uzņēmos vadīt arī valsti, taču tas nav jādara man vienam, man ir lieliska komanda ar kuriem ir viegli un patīkami strādāt!
-Nevienam nav noslēpums, ka esi līderis vienai no stiprākajām SiLatvijas MU. Kāds ir veiksmīga komandas līdera noslēpums un cik lielu sava laika ieguldījumu tas prasa?
Noslēpums? Vajag strādāt ar kolektīvu! Es esmu par saviem biedriem, ja viņiem ir problēmas spēlē, nebūs tāds brīdis, kad atteikšu viņiem kādu palīdzību! Ja man ir gold, aizdošu bezprocentu aizdevumu, vai tāpat vien noziedošu. Neatsaku arī produktus, ja ir iespēja dot. Laiks veltīts daudz, un visi esam veltījuši daudz laika vienībai. Vienība mums ir saskaņota un man par to ir liels prieks!
-Kā tu vērtē pēdējos notikumus saistībā ar dumpinieka
BossX mēģinājumu vadīt valsti? Cik veiksmīgs vai neveiksmīgs tas tavuprāt bija?
Manuprāt
BossX izspēlēja manu un manas valdības nomelnošanu, lai tiktu pie medaļas. Lēmumus pieņēma viens pats, nerunājot ar kongresa biedriem. Valsti neinformēja ar ministru kabinetu. Ievilka mūs visus The Muskateers. Tas ir kas lidzigs kā pieņēmu NAP bez tautas apspriešanās, vienīgi es runāju ar kongresu un VETO HQ, kas atbalstīja mani!
BossX nerēķinājās ar citu viedokļiem, kas bija liela kļūda. Man bija liels pārsteigums, ka viņš savā rakstā tīri un gaiši uzrakstīja, ka turpinās būt VETO, jo cik tad varam "mētāt kažoku", bet viņa rīcība diemžēl rāda ko citu.
-Tu pats ar visiem 100 procentiem atbalsti VETO vai tomēr The Muskateers?
Es atbalstu VETO, jo The Muskateers ir alianse, kur neņems vērā mūsu vēlmes! Savukārt VETO tiek uzklausītas mūsu idejas un VETO ir gatavi palīdzēt mums. Kā arī tagad jau redzat, ka poļi ir zaudējuši savu galvaspilsētu un PRIO bus Polija, mēs paliksim kā laba dmg drain valsts iekš TM. Mani neviens vēl nav pārliecinājis par pretējo.
-Nu pat kā būs pagājušas 24 stundas kopš esi atgriezies prezidenta krēslā, kādas ir sajūtas, kādi mērķi tiks izvirzīti?
Pagaidām neko daudz nevaru pateikt, jo SiLatvija ir sadalīta divās pusēs. Puses ir vienlīdz lielas. Vieni grib būt TM, otri VETO. Pašlaik pie šī tiek strādāts. Domāju drīz tiksim skaidrībā.
-Tu spēj nākotnē SiLatviju saskatīt kā plaukstošu e-sim lielvalsti?
Jā, es spēju saskatīt! Mums ir nepieciešams Baby Boom. Pie tā jau tiek domāts, arī citi jau reklamē šo spēli citās adresēs, iesaka draugiem. Ieteiktu katram pilsonim, mēģināt piesaistīt spēlētājus, lai valstij pieaug spēks, lai mēs plauktu efektīvāk, ir vajadzīga sadarbība, kaut arī kādai no pusēm neliekas pa prātam, ir jāmēģina piekāpties.
-Nobeigumā, varbūt tev ir kāds novēlējums SiLatvijas un arī visas e-sim kopienas spēlētājiem?
Vēlētos, lai mēs visi atmestu pagātnes nedarbus malā un turpinātu strādāt kopā. Mācīsimies no otru kļūdām.

-First of all, tell me about yourself outside of the game, who is hiding behind a nick
Devars ?
I am 21 years young man who lives and works in Sweden as a builder.
-Maybe you have hobbies or passions outside of the work?
Yes, i have! I do sports. Soon it will be warm outside and is thought to work out on the Swedish waters, after some years of absence. Three years ago I stopped to row and I thougt to resume doing it.
-Professional-level, or just for your pleasure?
I want to resume it for me. It’s not so easy as it looks like, but it’s a good feeling after a proper workout! To just go away from canoeing it’s not so easy , I know a lot of people who returned to canoeing after a few years of rest.
-Regarding the e-Sim. How did you find out about this game and what attracted you to it in the early days?
About the game I found out from a Lithuanian. At first, the Latvian government consisted of Poles, who stripped out the willingness to play, but then appeared other Latvians, who made the first skype chat about this game and I was intrigued. When I got my first Gold, I opened in siLatvia a company to give a job offer for citizens of siLatvia.
-When you begun to play e-sim, did you thought that one day you will become a CP?
No, I didn’t have an idea! I had a goal of developing my own business, and then appeared Military Units, and again i had the objective of developing units, but then it came to the point, when i took the responsibility to run the country, but I’m not doing it alone, I have a great team with whom it’s easy and fun to work with!
-It’s no secret that you are the leader of one of the strongest siLatvia’s MU. What is the secret of becoming a successful team leader and how much of your time investment it requires?
Secret? We have to work with the team! I'm there for my teammates, if they have problems in the game, there won’t be a moment when I won't help them! If I have Gold, i can give it to them with no percents, or just donate it to them. I don’t refuse to give the products,if I’m able to give it. I sped a lot of my time and we all have spent a lot of time for the unit. The members of our MU are coherent and I am very happy about it!
-How would you assess the recent developments of the rebel
BossX attempt to run the country? How successful or unsuccessful do you think it was?
I think
BossX played on my and my government's vilification, to get the medal. Decisions were taken alone, not even mentioning it to the members of Congress.State failed to inform the cabinet. He pulled us in the Musketeers. This is similar to the NDP that i took without consulting the people, only I have spoke to Congress and Veto HQ,who supported me! BossX didn’t take into consideration views of others, which was a big mistake. I was shocked to find it out that he in his article clean and bright wrote that we will continue to be Veto members, how often can we change the position, but unfortunately his actions shown us something opposite.
-With 100% sureness who do you assist : Veto or The Musketeers?
I support Veto, The Musketeers in an alliance where our wishes aren’t taken into account! At the same time VETO listens to our ideas and VETO are willing to help us. And also now you can see,that the Poles have lost their capital and priorities will be in Poland,we stay as good dmg drain in the TM. No one has me convinced to the contrary.
-Well, soon it will be 24 hours from the moment when you returned to the presidential chair, what are the feelings , on what will be the targets set on?
Yet nothing much can I say, because siLatvia is divided into two sides. The parties are equally strong. One wants to be aTM member, the second member of Veto. Currently we are working on this. I think that we will soon get over this problem.
-Can you see the future of siLatvia as a thriving superpower of e-Sim ?
Yes, I can see! We need the Baby Boom. We have thought about it already, and others
already advertised the game in other addresses, it is recommended to friends. I recommend every citizen, to try to to attract new players, to make the power of the state grow, so we could grow more efficiently, we need the cooperation, although some people don’t want to accept it, they must try to make concessions.
-Finally, maybe you have a bequest for siLatvia and all the e-Sim community players?
Wish we all give up the past mischief aside and continue to work together. Let us learn from other mistakes.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
