Before I begin, I would like to express my thanks to everyone who voted and subscribed my last article. I would like to remind my readers that this paper is still under construction, the graphs are reletively crude still and information is just not complete to my liking. However, this paper's databases are mostly set up and will be providing more detailed information in the coming days and weeks. I appreciate my readers patience and ask that anyone finding this paper useful will continue to vote and subscribe.
Wages
Over the last 2 days, wages in the USA have soared, climbing dramatically in the wake of the premature gold peg set by our government. This should increase our citizens buying power and encourage finished material manufacturers to set up in the USA. As a follow up to yesterday's issue Wage Comparisons , here are today's rates in currency and gold from around the world:
Wages in Local Currency
US citizens are getting 61-71% better wages than day 190, actually bringing our average salaries more on par with other nations. A lot of credit must also go to company owners who are trying to provide high wages for American citizens. sheepshag , Marine2 , and Leroy Combs are just a few of the names who have stepped up to help. BUT, our gold is undervalued, so what effect does that have on our wages?
Wages in Gold
US citizens are receiving 70-80% more gold value per day than day 190, still low compared to many other nations, but growing and should grow more.
Buying Power
This information is under construction, basically, this is the amount of goods able to be purchased per day on a local salary from local markets. For example, a citizen working in their own country as an E8 econ level, these graphs show the amount of food or weapons one could buy per day based solely on daily wages. Smaller countries have or had incomplete data for some items.
Number of food units able to be purchased from daily wages
Number of weapon units able to be purchased from daily wages
These graphs do not show it, but our numbers have actually increased since yesterday. These numbers are so very important, they give a glance at the damage potential of a country. The more weapons, food, and gifts a citizen can afford, the more damage he/she can drop for their country. Strength and training count, but so does the buying power of a citizen.
The PEG!!!
The Peg is not necessarily a bad thing, it can provide us with the ability of having our citizens with foreign raw material companies import into the country. It can also help finished product manufacturers set up in the States and improve our economy. This paper will continue to track the effects of our economy, but the Peg has been set, and we can only assume/hope, that the government has enough reserves to force that peg to stay place. I wouldn't like to see our dollar to decline any more in value.
Calling all Business Owners
I would like to provide our business owners with an ability to buy or sell bulk or steady raw materials in our markets. The best way I think I can assist with this is to provide free space to advertise products. So, if you produce or need raw materials for your company, send me, Tycomedes , a PM including what materials you have for sale, pricing and quantity and if you are interested in being a steady source/consumer of raw materials. Donations are not refused, but not required by any means.
Thank you again for reading my article, I urge everyone again to vote and subscribe it if it's useful. I am always open to suggestions and appreciate them.
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth.
Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit
different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be
efficiently
managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation.
Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the
game.
Work for the good of your country and
see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules.
First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you
will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress
as a fighter.
You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which
are owned by the state.
After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your
own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock
company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
"E-Sim is one of the most unique browser games out there"
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics
in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes.
From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability
to run for the head of the party you're in.
You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws
proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself.
Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you.
You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential
elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state
(for example, who to declare war on).
Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have
a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military.
In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control
over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials.
For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have
to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on
their territory.
You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life
as a pacifist
who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling
products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game.
It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present
in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth
according to their own.
So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
