我得承认我很少给一个游戏打低分，我的游戏评论观点始终是“不论一个游戏有多烂也要找出它闪光的地方”，但相当遗憾地是这款游戏我几乎找不出值得夸奖的地方，虽然作为一个游戏它还不至于烂到bug满大街跑，但是，一款超过3个G容量的游戏，不到8个小时的游戏通关时间，多到不能再多的槽点，套用喷神james一句话“what r they thinking!?"
首先要吐槽的是人物语音和装备模型问题，arpg最最基本的纸娃娃系统这个游戏居然能偷工减料到如此地步简直让人难以相信，游戏中很多装备缺少模型（注意不是少数）猪脚一穿就变成阿凡达了，你他喵的还不如做个河蟹补丁算了。人物语音我一开始还以为是汉化硬盘版为节省容量删掉了，结果网上一查才发现原版游戏就有这个问题，结果游戏除了背景介绍以外所有人物不论种族都只会发“嗯哼哼”这几个音调，囧。
游戏剧情是踢门式，可有可无，但问题是至今为止，我从来没见到过那个踢门式游戏拥有不到8个小时的游戏时间...猪脚帮人跑跑腿，穿几个传送门，最终boss就出现了，果然是正式版游戏的效果，试玩版游戏的体验，甚好甚强大。另外由于AI的设计问题，很多时候你都会发现一大群敌人在和看不见的空气元素搏斗或者是站在原地大摆pose，从头到尾几乎毫无难度。
唯一值得肯定的是这个游戏的操作还算不错，玩家活动也还流畅，利用各种技能手动躲技能确实挺有意思，动作系统感觉类似于三国无双系列，可惜由于渣到极点的ai完全无法给人带来任何成就感....

2000年的3Darpg
《恶魔岛》总的来说是一款在操作上很传统但系统上又很创新的arpg，我对当时国外的同类游戏不是很了解所以不乱下定论，但在国内引进的作品中，这个游戏有很多超前的地方，而这些创意都体现在了我们现在的游戏中。
首先以我个人观点来说，在3D技术不甚发达的情况下制作一款完完全全的3Darpg游戏是非常需要勇气的，因为这类游戏很容易出现贴图错误，镜头不人性化，玩家口味转换等问题，但这款游戏却很好地克服了这些困难，从开始到结束没有出现一次模型出错的现象，而且镜头也可以通过鼠标拉近拉远，全方位转换，游戏的视角能大到可以俯瞰好几个岛屿也可以小到人物的装备细节，十分地方便。画面也是相当不错，虽然部分场景有些单调，但却把一个游戏中的世界很完美地呈现了出来，不论是宏伟的沙漠巨塔还是陆地上的一树一木，《恶魔岛》都做得相当精细，可见整个游戏的设计态度相当严谨。
游戏的战斗系统非常超前，包含了现在很多同类游戏的特点，人类角色分成了头部，躯干，四肢6个部位，战斗的时候如果攻击头部则能造成相当大的伤害，如果头部的生命变为0则人物将会直接死亡（不论总hp是否为0），攻击双臂则会造成对攻击速度和施法造成很大影响，若腿部受伤移动速度则大幅下降，躯干受伤虽然没有特殊效果但命中率是最高的，这就使战斗的策略价值性大幅提升（仅限于中高难度，入门难度下电脑很不太经打），比如说你玩弓箭手，那么就会自然而然地先从远处射击敌人的双腿中距离再废掉双臂，当然冒险一点的话则瞄准头部牺牲命中率换来一击必杀，而法术虽然是100%命中，但造成的伤害则是平摊到身体的各个部位，碰见强力一点的敌人还是先让对方致残比较划算。另外游戏很多时候硬拼是死路一条，特别是中高难度下，1v1的情况下有时候都比较困难，更别说敌人一窝蜂而上了，潜行+背刺在很多时候都是完成任务的必须条件。[/u]
全身重甲，前提是你得有足够的负重上限（不好意思，中文版的图片我找不到了）
装备交易和人物升级同传统很不相同，经验值的作用是类似于dnd那种技能分配，人物的生命上限主要靠战斗提升，装备交易是自己收集材料DIY，可以用收集到的符文创造魔法（根据符文的不同同一魔法有不同效果，比如说治疗可以产生群体效果也可以单体强化，大范围魔法加上一个自动识别敌我等）或者给装备附魔产生不同效果。这在以往的arpg中都是很难看见的。
说完了优点也该谈一下这个游戏致命的缺点了，最让人恼火的是游戏的体力系统实在是相当不人性化，这个游戏由于没有魔法值的设定，所以人物跑动需要体力，施法需要体力，而体力恢复除了站着不动以外没有其他办法，虽然大菠萝2也使用了体力值的设定，但《恶魔岛》由于场景过大，体力上限只能靠技能提升这2大原因，经常是人物没跑几步就气喘吁吁了，而行走姿势又不能恢复体力，结果游戏很多时间都浪费在这种等体力恢复的无用功上面。另外游戏难度过高，中高级难度下电脑明显作弊（爆头机率太tmd高了）....好在游戏中可以自由调节游戏难度。另外这个游戏的最终boss战是有史以来最坑爹的，猪脚一身极品装备仍然完全被秒的份（绝不夸张），而战胜大boss的唯一办法就是战前给npc加一个生命buff然后就可以在旁边看戏了.....
最后的NPC大法师，没有他的帮助你将无法战胜最终boss
独立游戏神作《Iji》汉化工作即将完工
虽然画面简陋，但出色的剧情和高难度却吸引了无数的玩家

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
