Letak geografis yang strategis menunjukkan betapa kaya Indonesia akan sumber daya alam dengan segala flora, fauna dan potensi hidrografis dan deposit sumber alamnya yang melimpah. Sumber daya alam Indonesia berasal dari pertanian, kehutanan, kelautan dan perikanan, peternakan, perkebunan serta pertambangan dan energi.
Sebagai Negara agraris, pertanian menjadi mata pencaharian terpenting bagi sebagian besar rakyat Indonesia. Luas lahan pertanian lebih kurang 82, 71 % dari seluruh luas lahan. Lahan tersebut sebagian besar digunakan untuk areal persawahan. Penyebaran produksi padi masih terkonsentrasi di Pulau Jawa sehubungan dengan tingginya produktivitas dan luas panen dibandingkan dengan pulau-pulau lainnya. Produksi pertanian lainnya adalah jagung, ubi jalar, kacang tanah dan kedelai. Produksi holtikultura jenis sayur mayur meliputi bawang merah besar, bawang daun, kentang, kubis dan wortel. Sedangkan produksi holtikultura jenis buah-buahan meliputi mangga, durian, jeruk, pisang, pepaya dan salak.
Berdasarkan usia tanaman, perkebunan di Indonesia dibagi menjadi dua kelompok besar, yaitu tanaman semusim (tebu, tembakau, kapas, jarak, sereh wangi, nilam dan rami) dan tanaman tahunan (karet, kelapa, kopi, kelapa sawit, cengkeh, pala, kayu manis, panili, kemiri, pinang, asam jawa, siwalan, nipah, kelapa deres, aren dan sagu). Sebagian besar budidaya perkebunan berupa tanaman tahunan.
Populasi peternakan di Indonesia terdiri atas populasi ternak besar seperti, sapi perah, sapi potong, kerbau, dan kuda. Populasi ternak kecil meliputi: kambing, domba, dan babi. Sementara populasi ternak unggas terdiri dari ayam kampung, ayam ras petelur, ayam ras pedaging dan itik. Diantara hasil ternak yang saat ini memiliki prospek ekspor adalah kulit olahan (disamak).
Berdasarkan fungsinya, hutan Indonesia dibagi menjadi empat jenis, yaitu hutan lindung, hutan produksi, hutan suaka alam, dan hutan wisata. Produksi kehutanan berupa kayu hutan, baik kayu bulat, kayu gergajian maupun kayu lapis. Dari hasil hutan tersebut, yang saat ini menjadi produk andalan Indonesia untuk kegiatan ekspor adalah kayu lapis.
Fakta fisik bahwa dua per tiga wilayah Indonesia berupa laut, maka sumber daya alam di laut memiliki potensi yang sangat besar. Selain mengandung minyak, gas, mineral dan energi laut non-konvesional, serta harta karun yang sudah mulai digali meskipun masih terbatas, laut juga menghasilkan ikan yang potensi lestarinya diperkirakan sebesar 6, 4 juta ton per tahun. Saat ini yang baru dimanfaatkan sekitar 70 %. Pengembangan sumber daya kelautan dan perikanan dikelompokkan dalam lima industri kelautan, yaitu industri perikanan, industri mineraldan energi laut, industri maritim, termasuk industri galangan kapal, industri pelayaran (transportasi laut) dan industri pariwisata (wisata bahari dan kawasan konservasi). Saat ini yang menjadi andalan ekspor perikanan Indonesia adalah udang dan Tuna.
Pertambangan dan energi diharapkan menjadi primadona sumber penerimaan devisa, khususnya dari pendapatan ekspor minyak dan gas. Dua komoditi tambang tersebut kuantitasnya sangat mempengaruhi kondisi perekonomian Indonesia, sehingga sering digunakan sebagai asumsi dasar dalam perencanaan APBN. Energi listrik sebagian besar masih diproduksi PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN), sedangkan sisanya oleh perusahaan-perusahaan yang dikelola Pemerintah Daerah, koperasi, atau perusahaan swasta lainnya. Pemerintah juga menggali sumber-sumber energi alternatif untuk mengurangi ketergantungan kepada BBM. Sumber energi aternatif yang dimiliki dalam jumbal besar adalah gas, batubara, tenaga hidro, panas bumi, dan tenaga surya. Energi alternatif yang saat ini tengah digarap pemrintah adalah energi berbasis nabati atau biofuel dengan bahan dasar tanaman perkebunan seperti kelapa sawit, tebu, singkong, dan jarak.[/img][/img][/img][/img][/img]

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
