This is a message particularly to congress of UK
It saddens me to have to have to do this but I have no choice we simply dont have enoough of our congress on the forums, I have had a vital amedment to the parliament act up on the forums for nearly 2 days and I need one more sponsor from an MP to take it to vote.

Parliament Act
An Act to describe the powers, duties and structure of the elected representatives of the United Kingdom, the Parliament.
1. Titles and Styles
1.Congress shall hereafter be known as and styled the Parliament of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
2.Congressmen shall hereafter be known as and styled Members of Parliament, and are entitled to the use of the post-nominals, MP.
2. Powers
1.Parliament may produce Acts pertaining to any area of National out-of-game functions.
2.Parliament may produce Acts pertaining to government finances, diplomacy and military actions in-game.
3. Administration
1.At the beginning of the Parliamentary term (26th—25th of the following month), a Speaker of the House is appointed by Parliament
2.24hrs of nominations will be followed by a 24hr simple majority vote of Members of Parliament
3.If appointed, the Speaker of the House will:
a. Create all Parliamentary nomination/vote/announcement threads
b. Have sole moderatorship over the Statue Book, with a duty to update and maintain the Statute Book
4.The Speaker can be impeached by parliament through the standard voting procedure
5.In the event of an impeachment the CP assumes all speaker responsibilities until a new speaker is chosen
4. Creation of Acts of Parliament
1.A proposed Bill is posted in a suitable public forum section
2.The Bill must contain an introduction/summary at the top of the bill
3.The Bill will progress if it is supported by three other Members of Parliament, or seven other United Kingdom citizens —whichever is reached first, a Member of Parliament's sponsor counting also as a Citizen sponsor
4.If at least 24 hours has passed and the bill has sufficient support, a 24hr simple majority vote of Members of Parliament may be called
5.If the bill is accepted via vote, becomes an Act of Parliament, and should be made publicly viewable in the Statute Book
6.If the bill is rejected, at least 24hrs of public further discussion should occur before the original proposer can return it to a vote, and so on
7.A bill does not have to proceed to a vote
8.Repealments and Amendments of enacted Acts of Parliament are made by proposing a Bill that itself becomes an Act of Parliament
5. Deviations from the standard processes
1.In a situation of National Emergency, where the existence, prestige, diplomatic or economic power of the United Kingdom is at risk, the Prime Minister may pass a proposal bill immediately.
2.The bill will come into immediate effect as a Statutory Instrument, but can then be amended or repealed by Parliament through discussion & simple majority voting, under the supervision of the Speaker of the House
3.The Prime Minister may declare a Bill to be 'sensitive', at which point all Parliamentary discussion and voting will be carried out in a private forum for Members of Parliament
4.Spelling, grammar and structural amendments that do not alter the function or purpose of an Act may be carried out by the Speaker of the House, and amendments logged in the Act's footnotes.
5.A deviation can be challenged by any Member of Parliament, and overruled by a simple majority vote.
6. The Statute Book
1.All Acts of Parliament will be held on the Statute Book, including a footnote of the Act's liftetime and amendments
2.Acts will be named ending with the e-sim day number, e.g Parliament Act 130
3.Repealment Acts will carry the text "(Repealment)" before the day number
4.Amendment Acts will carry the text "(Amendment)" before the day number

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
