Yes, get ready for a long and maybe boring article ...
It’s been a lot of time since i made my last article, and it is rare doing it in a situation like this…
Maybe most of you might not know me, or even heard of me, or maybe have never seen me fight. In retrospect, I entered on day 13 of Primera being created, so I have almost 6 years in this game. I am a very old player on this server, I’ve seen many legends come and go, and it gives me pain seeing that my first server is one of the worst, with very few good battles, too much peace, inactivity, absurd alliances, along many other things…
When I entered to e-sim I was a very active player, I was still a teen, with my only responsibility of going to class and having all the time in the world.. Now, those things have changed. I’m now an independent person who has to work to maintain itself, who has many responsibilities and with very few time for this game. I admit, I attempted leaving it several times, but I just keep returning to it every time, because I really like it..
The reason of this article is because, after nearly 4 years of peace and good relations with the USA, I decided to launch a DoW. Maybe for most, this seems absurd. Mexico never had the military or economic power to endure a war like this. Mexico is a country with few people, some are in some other countries, etc. We will never possible be equal to them in a one in one, but eh. The situation has changed, and ill explain the reasons on why I am doing this..
The Mexico – USA relationship, after various wars, was excellent. We had many good allies, friends, and when some country wanted to wipe us, they were always there to help us… but this was years ago. Maybe that relation as of today is just neutral. We barely even hit in their battles and them in our battles, we basically had a margin.
I consider that Mexico is a very trustful country, and it was always there supporting its allies. We never betrayed anybody and we are very faithful and friendly. USA, Israel, Serbia, France, etc. are some that do know it.. But what happened now? Well… some months ago, various countries in America and France joined together vs Bulgaria to take their influence out of Central America, and the campaign was a great success.. A little after that, Brazil, attacked a coalition member, in this case France, without any prior knowledge. Because of that, the coalition supported France and not to Brazil. It was the fair thing , don’t you think? Since then, Mexico and Brazil have distanced...
Anyway, lets continue..
Afterwards, Mexico had a 2 month long war with Guatemala and Bosnia & Herzegovina, in where some Brazilians were fighting against us.. and it is worth noting that nobody from USA helped us during that time. Because of it, Mexico decides to support its ally France in their current war. What dishonesty is there by just helping an ally? NONE!
Currently Brazil is in a war with France, with USA making imminent support and because of the big support they have been receiving from this last one, Mexico decided to make an unexpected turn of events, potentially dumb or absurd, but could change the entire helping strategy.. and well, you know it.. I don’t know if it will work, I don’t know if we will end up being wiped, maybe an easy war for the enemy, or the hard it is, what I know, is that we’re changing the course of this..
But.. why am I saying this? Well, Mexico, among every other country, has been looking for new relations, allies and friends. Its curious seeing how we are allied with former enemies, and we are fighting against former allies..
This does not happen naturally, but in a game where the inactivity controls us, I had to take the decision to alter out a bit this thing, change history and wake up a bit this region without years of no conflict.
So, Yes! Im assuming every bit of responsibility this entails, I know that I might lose some friendships, allies and the respect of many players, being leader means taking decisions that sometimes not everybody likes. It’s hard, but one always has to wait on taking the best decisions…
I recognize the help before given from this great country, and we are very thankful, but now, the things are completely different, and I also have to say that I have several friends in different countries, that I am currently fighting against in the battlefield. I won’t be surprised seeing them that they will fight against us, including many friends, that they won’t help on this war…
I ask for your respect. Believe me that my respect towards all of you is still staying! Please don’t see this as a betrayal or as if I am ungrateful, I just seek to wake up a bit this server giving it a new war, a little fun perhaps, I want to meet new people, make peace with former enemies, etc.
I ask of you that Mexico wont get punished for this personal decision that is only mine, that all of our friendships still continue for more time even if in the battlefield we’ll meet face to face.. Its only a game and we have to just learn to play and not take things personally..
I ask for forgiveness from my friends and former allies, for maybe disappointing you, i wont mention anyone, you know who I am talking about, I just want you to know, that im looking for a new road for Mexico and the server.. its not personal!
I also hope that these new allies surprise us with their help, because I am changing ages from peace and prosperity, for a new beginning, and if that is not possible, I shall assume the consequences..
Mexico is the bridge to write a new story. I know that without allies we cannot do anything. It seems curious seeing some former enemies fighting for our side. Theres still many people involved in order to this to happen, and after thinking a lot into this, and talking with several people, I took the decision…
I ask that you shall have fun! That everyone gets active, that everyone enjoys a new war, not the ones from before, not the old coalitions..

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
