Antes de iniciar a discutir o caso em si, é importante salientar que o EMBARGO PARTIDÁRIO é figura prevista no Diário Oficial do Partido, sendo implementado em reunião partidária(membros do partido discutiram, votaram e aprovaram via WhatsApp) no dia 18 de SETEMBRO de 2016.

A partir disto, é importante ressaltar que a disputa de leis para doar brl é algo antigo e ultrapassado, que foi superado com o acordo PNO-LIBER celebrado através dos respectivos líderes partidários:MEDICO_DO_ALEM e
Danchou , termo que previa o seguinte:
I - O PNO adotaria um limite mínimo e iria PUNIR, inclusive com embargo aos próprios congressistas, caso ocorressem doações abaixo do novo teto celebrado: 600 brl.
II - O LIBER e demais signatários avulsos(congressistas independentes) não mais embargariam leis de doação com 600 ou mais brls.
Muita água passou nesta ponte e o PNO se tornou o maior partido DISPARADO em prestígio, de forma que não interessa ao PNO ficar fazendo leis banais para gerar prestígio(AFINAL JA SOMOS O TOP 1). Da mesma forma, ao obtermos por várias vezes MAIORIA ABSOLUTA DO CONGRESSO não rompemos com o acordo por respeito.

No final de Abril uma doação de 600 brl sofreu diversos votos contrários, sem motivo plausível(por bom senso, barrar uma lei de doação de moeda é praticamente injustificável, salvo SPAM, FLOOD e etc, sendo realizado com valores muito baixos). Pois desta vez nós avisamos em todas as vias de comunicação que tentativas de boicote a doação de brl seriam respondidas com FORÇA pelo PNO, pois afinal não faz sentido barrar uma lei de 600 brl para depois aprovar uma de 800 não é mesmo?? Para ter 800 brl precisa que os 600 não tenham saído do caixa.
Antes que o PNO saísse a torta e direita metralhando todo mundo, nos reunimos no dia 28 de Abril e foi aprovado por UNANIMIDADE a ativação do EMBARGO PARTIDÁRIO, com os seguintes termos:
-Para ser possível embargar, faz-se necessário que ocorram dois votos(consecutivos ou não) contrários a doação de 600 brl ou mais.
-Cumprido o pré-requisito, o LIDER PARTIDÁRIO(
MEDICO_DO_ALEM ) buscaria compreender as razões e reverter a situação.
-Caso o Líder Partidário julgue irreversível ou não obtenha sucesso, estaria apto para declarar EMBARGO a qualquer congressista que cumprir o primeiro requisito, podendo eventualmente suspendê-lo caso ocorra progresso após o embargo.
-Independente da situação, o embargo não poderá passar de 19/05/2017.
***Todas essas regras e prazos ocorrem pois o poder de embargar pertence a reunião partidária pública(ONDE TODOS OS MEMBROS DISCUTEM E VOTAM).

No dia 05/05/2017 ele realizou o segundo voto contrário, e como se trata do único congressista que abertamente fez militância pelos 800 brl e afirmou que não passaria nenhuma lei abaixo de 800 por ele, foi iniciado imediatamente o embargo partidário. Como o LucasC200 está embargado, propor leis de doação que concorram com a lei dele não é considerado ilegal dentro do partido, sendo por isso quemoredson realizou a devida proposição, até mesmo porque o governo não está sob embargo, mas o congressista.
Espero ter esclarecido os termos. Se você quer caçar prestígio, crie leis de 600 brl ou mais conte com nossos votos(EXCETO O LUCAS até dia 19). Se você quiser rediscutir o limite, subir para 700, descer para 500 e etc, procure a diplomacia antes do embargo, pois as vias de fato serão respondidas com força e possuem danos colaterais importantes(hoje foi doação, mas mudanças de impostos ou qualquer outro projeto mais imediato também serão embargado caso venham do referido congressista).

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
