Depois de fatos recentes, venho contar a história dos ultimos 6 meses do MM para que até mesmo jogadores velhos, mas que estão ficando GAGÁ possam entender!!!
Quando assumi a presidência, no meio do ano, o Mercado era rigorosamente controlado, uma política getulista em resposta ao suposto descontrole no MM que ocorreu na presidencia do socerts(rumores e mais rumores, quem for dessa época que assine ai). A cotação de BRL era mantido o mais próximo de 0.06g, enquanto a do ouro era sempre mantido um teto de 1g = 17 BRL(Isso veio do Getúlio).
Com o passar de minha gestão, ocorreu o golpe no MM e implementei a flexibilização da moeda(pois quem atacou poderia começar a lançar pequenas remessas de BRL). A partir disso, a Org não interferiria caso o BRL chegasse até 0.0591g. A partir disto, a Org compraria toda e qualquer oferta.
No final de meu mandato/início do primeiro do Bruce, ocorreu um aquecimento da economia, onde muito BRL era vendido e simultaneamente muitos jogavam o BRL para comprar ouro(ouro da org e de outros inclusive). Como a cotação ficaria sempre nos 16.99/16.98(devido as ofertas) e obter 1g na venda de BRL estava em 16.92(valores próximos), não fazia sentido manter uma cotação de 1g = 17 sendo que a única diferença entre colocar oferta de BRL e comprar oferta de ouro é o tempo.
A partir desta conclusão e visando segurar ouro na Org, propus e foi aceita a alteração, onde o gold passaria a valer 18 BRL e assim foi até este mandato.
Como é perceptível, ofertar 1g geraria 17.97 brl, que ofertados novamente, gerariam 1g + 1.algumacoisa de BRL. Nas ultimas semanas, eu, socerds e alguns outros especuladores menores, ficamos no mercado realizando esta conversão. SIM MEUS AMIGOS, EU TENHO QUASE 5k DE BRL AQUI!!!! No entanto, tudo mudou quanto players grandes e SAs estrangeiras resolveram entrar de cabeça no negócio. Isso gerou um mar de ofertas no Mercado de BRL que não parava de derrubar a cotação, tal como agora.
Com isso, propus reduzir a margem de lucro, transformando a cotação atual em 1g = 17.25 brl. No início, a Org vendeu mais de 150 gold, mas logo os players especulativos cobriram as ofertas e a vida seguiu. Nesta semana de natal, com a queda das ofertas, a Org vendeu mais de 400 gold e retirou BRL do mercado com isso, mas ainda mantendo um equilibrio.
Se você leu até aqui e ligou o tico e o teco, você veria que essa é uma medida para reestabilizar o MM, o que é algo bom para o país, bom para a Org e EXCELENTE para pessoas que aproveitaram a era 1g = 18 brl e possuem mais que 3k de BRL estocado(SUBENTENDA-SE SOCERTS). Quando tudo fosse reestabilizado, mesmo com um lucro menor, ainda seria possível lucrar e especular. Todos felizes!!
Tudo isso mudou quando um certo velho GAGA resolveu postar bobagem, acusando o governo de incitar política monetária para ferrar com um player específico. E como se não bastasse acusar, resolveu usar seu post de MEGAFONE para atrair DEUS E O MUNDO para trocar BRL por gold. A mesma quantidade de gold que a Org vendeu desde a medida, foi vendida em poucas horas por culpa deste VELHO GAGA!!!
Minha sugestão para a gestão foi: Abandonar completamente o mercado de ouro a sua própria sorte até que acabe essa onda especulativa incitada por shouts falando porcarias. Além disso, deixei como propostas complementares suspender toda e qualquer nova inclusão de worker na org e colocar partes pequenas de nossos estoques a venda para aumentar a retirada de BRL do mercado e concentrá-la na Org.
Não sei até onde o Presidente★ Brucee wayne irá seguir estas determinações, visto que iniciei meu afastamento neste dia 27, pois vou para a praia(
), mas o governo seguiu religiosamente o rigor nas contas, mas quando pessoas postam fezes(para não dizer que falei palavrão), ai é de copular!!!!
POR FIM, MINHAS TRETAS COM O SOCERTS SÃO NO AMBITO POLÍTICO E NÃO ECONÔMICO, QUERO MAIS QUE ELE EMPRESTE GOLD PRA GALERA, PAGUE PRO POVO FAZER JORNAL, MONTE EMPRESA E COLOQUE SALÁRIO TOP, POIS ISSO AQUECE A ECONOMIA E TORNA AINDA MAIS DIVERTIDA MINHA GESTÃO. ATÉ PORQUE, AOS DESAVISADOS, EU FUI FUNDAR PARTIDO POLÍTICO NO SUNA POIS ISTO AQUI ESTAVA SEM NENHUMA OPOSIÇÃO.

You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
