I tired to calculate everything to get the prices similar like in other counrties - I mean the gold price after change the currency to gold. I have put the most need products like Q5 Food, Q1 Weapons. Q5 Gifs. We have Q5 Food company and Q1 Weapons company, so we can sell these products in quite good price. Worst with Q5 Gifs, they are very expensive and we haven't got an company, so they stock isn't high and the price isn't so cheap. Also here I must say thank you to beloved

3. Job Market
To make the working in Canada profitable, the salary must be similar like in other countries. Our country still has lower salary, even if one player balme me that salaries offered in
Canada Org 's companies is too high - no, it isn't. If someone doesn't trust me, I have to say one: "Look at other countries with big population - there markets are stabilized. Calc all the Eco Skills. Change local currency to the gold(in calculations). Do the same with Canada job market and compare it. The salary in other country (if it's a country with stablized markets like USA, Serbia, Tukrey, Poland, Romania) will be bigger than in Canada, so the things said by Chobit about bidding like in casino aren't the truth. 
But let's see the payments:

Someone can ask "Why jobs are for only 1-10 Eco Skill?". It's because We have only 2 companies and one company can put max 5 job offer, but I have seen one American has got a grain company here and he offered some jobs also.
3. To sum up
Canada has small population and there's small demand, it's the hard thing and I can't do much with it. Org has found some workers for CAD, so we could put some products on the product market, but please buy some products or change the CADs to gold, because without it the markets can't run. The currency earned by you must be in circulation to run the markets, if someone gonna stack the currency, we won't have enought money to pay you and we'll have to print the money, so they can worth less than ealier. I would not like such situation. For now it's not so bad some people has bought food and gifs. I already upgraded the stock on the market (With gifs GeradWay helped me). If some people work for org, we have some production and we can offer change CAD to Gold and we can put some products on the market. So I have to say "Thanks for everybody who is using a Canadian market." Even buying few products runs it.
I hope that the things which I am doing won't be criticize anymore. I am really trying to make our markets compared to others, I know that it's not an easy thing, but I am trying, so when Chobit criticized me, I was little disappointed. I am not doing anything bad and I really dunno why you even without knowning the simple eco mechanics want to criticize me. It's not better to have cheap workers, which "I stoled you", because I put from org higher salary and possiblity to change it for gold in reasonable price and I also put the products in reasonable price. I would understand that you can't belive that country with so small population will run a markets, it's hard and I am trying, but you balme me that salaries are high. Oh, they are still less than in other countries and our goal is to improve it and make the prices less than now. Also we shall put others products in the market, but it'll be later, we can't do all so fast, we are only small Canada. But even with the fact we are small country I can see that markets are in small use, it's better than nothing. I would like to it being used more, but I know that it's still not one of the best markets.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
