Apie ką šis žaidimas išvis? Ar kad tavo šalis užimtų dideles teritorijas ir galėtumėm girtis tarptautinėje spaudoje?
Kad užimtumėm svarbiausius resursus ir maudytumėmės aukso krūvose?
Kol šis straipsnis pateikė daugiau klausimų nei atsakymų, manau jums dingstelėjo mintis, kodėl ir kaip viskas atsitiko.
Turbūt pagalvojote, kad viskas nutiko tokiu laiku, kai žmonėms mažiausiai rūpi virtualios bėdos. Kalėdos, kūčios - gėdingas metas atsikovoti savo žemes, nes visi žino, kad niekas nekovos. Tik ar tikrai? Jei būtume lenkai, vokiečiai, prancūzai - ar sakytume: Oi, tik nekelkime pasipriešinimo karų, nes tai būtų negarbinga iš mūsų pusės - atsiimti žemes per Kalėdas. Yra toks posakis - tikslas pateisina priemones. Tiesiog mūsų priešai gerai išnaudojo padėtį ir geriau susiorganizavo nei mes.
Tačiau yra nusivylimų. Tai - Latvija. Lietuvai atlaikant ne vieną ir ne du frontus, kariaujant viename rimčiausių mūšių e-sim istorijoje, latviai parodė savo pragmatišką prigimtį ir logikos stoką bei pasiimė Latgaliją, žinodami, kad mes ją vistiek pasiimsim atgal. Gėdingas žingsnis iš mūsų varpinės, bet puikus taktinis manevras iš Latvijos pusės. Juk mes patys demonstruojame savo pragmatiškumą, patys išnaudojam kaimynus ir neturim teisės pykti ant kitų juos išnaudodami, už tai, kad jie nori būti laisvi. Tiesą pasakius, niekada nesupratau kodėl latviai kovoja už mus, kai mes esam juos okupavę.
Bėda tik viena - šis žaidimas ne apie taiką, o apie karą. Tad reiškia, kad išnaudojimas yra šio žaidimo variklis. Šio žaidimo menas yra suderinti draugus su priešais, išlaikyti orumą darant ne orius sprendimus, būti ištikimam ir galų gale - TURĖTI TIKRUS DRAUGUS.
Vakar laimėjom, rytoj pralaimėsim, poryt užkariausim, kitą savaitę būsim aneksuoti - tai tiesiog žaidimo dinamika. Esmė - išlaikyti savo draugus, neleisti priešams sugriauti aljanso, rasti naujų sąjungininkų ir garbingų priešų.
Aljanse, garbėj ar pažeminime, laisvėj ar okupacijoj, aš, kaip eilinis sLietuvos pilietis visada būsiu su jumis. Netgi Latviją ginsiu nuo priešų, nors Latgalę ir teks pasiimti vien dėl to, kad per daug esame į ją investavime. Bet čia tik verslas, nieko prieš Latviją neturiu ir neturėsiu.
Bulgarija, Graikija, Rusija, Rumunija, Kinija (?), Portugalija, Latvija - mes su jumis ir jūs su mumis.
Ir tai yra šio žaidimo esmė.
O priešams galiu tik padėkoti už adrenalino akimirkas, už pergalės džiaugsmą ir pralaimėjimo kartėlį. Ačiū, kad padarote šį žaidimą įdomiu. Bet atminkit, kad mes kietas riešutėlis. Ir kol būsime ištikimi savo draugams, tol niekada neužspausite mūsų į kampą.

If you have kept an eye on Lithuania, I think, you saw that we are left with the territories our ancestors gave us.
Lithuania forever alone?
What does this mean?
We got weak?
We were left by our allies?
We're not organised anymore?
We don't have any friends?
Or we just have more enemies than allies?
What is this game about? Is that your country would occupy big territories and you could brag about it in the international media? Or that you occupy those territories and swim in the piles of gold those territories give you?
While this article gave more questions than answers, I think a thought appeared in your head why did it all happen.
You could possibly thought that everything happened at such time when people care less about virtual problems. Christmas, Christmas eve - it's a shameful time to regain your territories, cause everybody knows there will be no resistance at such time. Is it? If lithuanians were in the perspective of polish, german, french or latvian people would we say: Oh don't start resistance wars, cause it would be a shame from our side to the occupants, christmas is not a time to make war. It's nonesense. There is a saying - purpose justify the means to reach it. It's just the enemies of Lithuania made a good use of circumstances and were organised more than Lithuania.
But ofcourse there are dissapointments. It's Latvia. While Lithuania fought in numerous and epic battles, latvians showed their pragmatic nature and a lack of logic and recovered Latgalia, while knowing we will take it back. From our perspective it's a shameful decision of latvian people, from latvian view - it's a good tactical maneuver.
It is us, lithuanians who demonstrate the nature of pragmatism, we use our neighbours, and we don't have a right to get angry on neighbour countries for that they want to be free. Telling the truth it was always strange to me, why do latvians fight on our side when we have occupied their most important region.
But the point is - this game is not about peace, it's about war. It means that pragmatism, exploitation of others is the engine of the game. The art of this game is to make friends even though you're not so good after all. It's about keeping dignity doint shameful decisions. It's about being loyal, and most of all - having REAL friends and allies.
We won yesterday, we will lose tomorrow, the next day we will conquer, next week - we will be occupied. It's the dynamics of the game, something always change. The point is to maintain your allies, find new ones, don't let your enemies destroy your alliance and friendship with others in the always changing world of e-sim. And ofcourse have honorable enemies.
DEAR ALLIES,
In glory or humiliation, freedom or occupation, me, as an everyday citizen of sLithuania, will always be with you, and I believe my country also will. I will defend Latvia from enemies, although we will have to take Latgalia as it's just business. But I know our friends, I know my loyalty to them and I know that it is the only that that has a deep meaning in this game.
Bulgaria, Greece, Russia, Romania, China (?), Portugal, Latvia- we are with you, and you are with us.
And that's the point.
And dear Enemies, thank you for the moments of adrenaline rushing through our veins, thank you for the joy of victory, and the dissapointment of defeat. Thanks for making the game interesting. But remember - we're tough. And as long as we are loyal to our allies, you will never get us in the corner. We will not stop doing the game interesting to you also.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
