Primera is the most interresting server in this game and from a global point of view it would be even better if we had more citizens. That`s why we decided to start a fundraising, this time with different rules.

Some of you know me, and maybe some of you who know me remember the last big German BB
I was a part of the managing team (Germany) and now i want to try a new one, but this time not just for germany.
If you donate more than 20 €, you should send me your Referal-Link/ref. link so i can use it in the adverts.

Every Person, who donates more than 50 € can decided for 50%, so 25 €, which country will be advertised for + his Ref. link will be used.
For example
Cubyn donates 100€ and wants to have more russians, 50€ will be used to advertise in russian/for russian civilians with Cubyns Ref. link. The other 50% will be used for the German BB also with is ref link.
I don´t want that some palyers donate money and just get an medal or medikit. I want fair chances for everyone to get refs and Gold out of them. So i made this rules and will use your ref links.
Important : If we fail for some reason to make effective advertisement we don´t donate the money back.Because in this times it is hard to get new players who join a game with uninteresting gamedesign/screen.But we will show you that we used your money and you will see it aswell if you look at your Friend-invite-stats.
But we already tryed adds, the peoble klicked on the website so there i the chance that they start playing ..
but we all know the starting page. In my opinion it doesn´t looks interesting so many peobles just close the window and don´t even think about starting to play ( <---- Ey yo

The Plan to holding new Players :
1. First the new players get the message of the country org, which discribes the current situation shortly and discribes the game.
Because of the "boring" game design we tell them that this game will be much more funny and better when they play it a longer time.
2. 2 or 3 minutes after each new player joins the game, he will get a personal welcome message and the offer to get our help if needed.
Also we tell them that they just have to answer, if they need weapons, food or equipment and we will support them.
3.We declare war to a Country and will start a lot of propaganda. Artikels , shouts etc.

4. New players need infos of how this game works. For this guys we have an guide, it will be finish to next weekend

5. Players stay nearly for sure if they meet our community .
For that we have an irc channel
6. To get them on irc and to support them we are going to shout tipps and write articles .
They will get Supplys from our country if they ask for it via irc or send a pm.
That worked very good and made them staying activ.
7.We are posting articles with tipps and answering questions.
For that we have an BB Team with ca 10 Players who manage everything.
8. We are offering every player to help them in the politics etc.
9. We make parties active !
If players join a party they think it is "cool", but the most time the party is there just for congress elections.
But not in Germany, because we iniciated to start projects with the partys and at the moment it seems well.
10.We create an MU life and academy Mus .
Every MU tries the best to keep the new players and support them.
Every Academy Mu will have two Leaders who help and support muches as possible.
11. We are conducting a lot of community actions, like Lotto, Quiz and Tipp games.
12. We have "Propaganda Newsletters " to make the game as interesting as possible.

13.We try to give every player the feeling to be a part of this country, because each players is important for us and we have to show that!
14. We create groops of players which are even playing other computer games. In that games they are communicating on e-sim and what a funny game that is, hoping to get new players from that games for our e-sim community.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
