Sua carreira política começa a partir do momento em que você consegue votar - se não me engano, no nível 6. Em certas ocasiões, é bom não envolver-se com política - assim você pode dar opiniões até ficar conhecido, etc. Mas o tutorial é sobre as funções políticas do jogo, então vou supor que você vai ser um político.
Tudo pode começar no nível 7, já que nesse nível você pode candidatar-se a presidente da República. No entanto, pelo fato de nesse estágio ainda não ser possível integrar um partido, talvez a falta de apoio pese. Para candidatar-se a presidente da República você precisará pagar 10 golds, o que, novamente, é mais fácil com um partido lhe ajudando.
Esperando mais um pouco, no nível 8 você pode criar seu partido ou entrar em um já existente. Para criar um partido, vá em MEUS LUGARES-->PARTIDO. Para entrar em um partido, vá em ESTATÍSTICAS->ESTATÍSTICAS DO PARTIDO. Para aparecerem todos os partidos do jogo, use a estatística "membros". Daí, você clica no PR... no partido que você desejar

ELEIÇÕES
Agora que você tem um partido, sua vida mudou, rapaz!! Em qualquer período de eleição você pode simplesmente enviar sua candidatura para presidente do partido. A candidatura é de graça, mas a apresentação da candidatura, que é um link que deve redirecionar para suas ideias - normalmente um artigo do jogo -, custa dois golds. O presidente do partido tem liberdade para editá-lo (brasão, título e ideologia) e alterar a lista de candidatos ao Congresso do partido.
Quanto às eleições ao Congresso, cada partido só pode enviar 20 candidatos - no máximo -, e só os partidos no top 5 em prestígio podem enviar candidatos. Normalmente, muitos players têm a mínima qualidade de um congressista.
Se eleito, um congressista pode:
1- Propor nova mensagem de boas-vindas
2- Propor impeachment do presidente
3- Propor um novo presidente (com o impeachment)
4- Propor mudanças na carga tributária
5- Propor financiamento coletivo (babyboom)
6- Propor uma nova mensagem na página de registro
7- Imprimir dinheiro
8- Doar dinheiro (em geral a uma organização estatal
Além disso, um congressista pode votar nos pedidos de pacto de mútua proteção e proposições de guerra do Presidente.
Chega-se, assim, à conclusão de que um congressista tem muito poder para fazer tudo dar errado. Mas, se ele mantiver a ordem, poderá ganhar destaque, até tentar novamente as...

ELEIÇÕES PRESIDENCIAIS
É importante saber que:
1 -Você precisa pagar 10 golds para se candidatar a presidente da República
2- Na sua chapa, é de bom tom determinar cargos simbólicos para algumas pessoas, ministérios. Eles não vão mandar na prática porque a mecânica do jogo não permite, mas ao menos lhe representarão nessas questões. Os ministérios mais comuns são: da Fazenda, da Defesa e vice-presidente.
3- Desconsiderando, talvez, o ministro da Defesa, se eleito você será a maior autoridade diplomática do país. Você e o ministro serão os que falarão com outros representantes Mundiais, então, prepare-se para tomar decisões importantes.
4- Você poderá propôr referendos. Referendos são aprovados pelo Congresso para passarem pela opinião pública - são plebiscitos. Use esse recurso com sabedoria.
5- Você vai receber 5 golds pela medalha de presidente da República se for eleito.

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
