First of all, few official articles about current alliances:

Looks like almost all Primera countries are part of an alliance. But with this article i want to say
There are no alliances today
Arguments? Only indirect, my own thoughts. Lets start from recent history, so you could understand my point better.
1. Chiwan (China + Taiwan) PTO Belarus and starts war against Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. After few attempts, Chiwan wins with the help of their allies. After some time - boom, they want negotiations about NAP with LT. With me
At this point my thought was - why initiate NAP with LT, if you own them? Only if you have bigger target. What could be bigger target near Chiwan? Iran > Israel? There is still a NAP for 4-5 moths with Iran. Indonesia? Too small. What's left? Poland only. And I was sure about it, so for me it was very easy to decline Chiwan conditions* (if interested - read at the end), until we won** - war against Poland was way bigger fun.
2. All alliances started to change Primera to NAPland - it was done to secure all Unity fronts, so Chiwan could concentrate on Poland only.
3. Short exercise in Wester Ukraine (Chiwan with PTOed Belarus cut of Poland from colonies) - they tested resistance. It went perfectly, so
4. Chiwan starts real direct attack on Poland.
I'm not very familiar with LOTS, but from mine POV (Point Of View), they did nothing (FR was attacked for some time, but at the end Portugal decided it's more important to sell damage and don't waste it on colonies).
HsDL failure. More important, what does Greece with Israel. They look happy , but I see it like failure. HsDL biggest taxes and strongest country is attacked by equal alliance, but GR and IL fights with Turkey (yes, I know Turkey started a war, but you can leave it and come back to your country when such a strong enemy is beaten!). I see it as a big fail.
5. Admin joins the game - we waited 6 months+ for Christmas bug fix. And now, when Poland is occupied, it began to appear in arrears***. Chiwan learns his lesson - Chiwan MU's stopped fighting in Chiwan battles. BOOM, Poland problem almost solved. To be continued.
Hydra failure (might be wrong on this one, I don't know arrangements) - Hungary sells damage to Chiwan. Instead of weakening, only to strengthen strongest country in Primera. Dear Hydra, you are not interested in having one so rich country on the map - the only one with xxx xxx gold (6 figures) in reserve.
Unity failure. Portugal, instead of helping Chiwan in such a big battle (with debuff reached 1,8kkk damage at 6:8), fights in worthless colonies and wastes tons of gold to beat damage from whole free Primera, because we simple don't have fights. Portugal could've done that tomorrow with 10th of today's damage and cost + help ally.
As you can see, we don't have real alliances. All countries fights separately.
6. Looks like we don't have fights in Primera. Not because of we don't want to fight, but because of
A. Countries think they have alliances, where for real they have only Supreme Commanders who can't control a thing and Press Directors, who has nothing to write
B. Because of non-existing alliances, we have a lot of NAP's.
My offer is - lets mix alliances. Totally, completely fresh/new. We can use random.org to do that
Or use data from World Team Event (I don't remember exact name). Or... I will share this idea a bit later.

*It's short version - China is worst country to negotiate - they don't have their own opinion, their CP decision means nothing. It was very hard negotiations with lots of stupid conditions. Such as (only few):
1. PandaLT shows how much gold he has;
2. Lithuania apologizes for "Free Tibet" avatars made by BAY MU more than 3 years ago (MU and members are inactive long time ago);
3. Chiwan apologizes Primera community for Q2 weps bug and returns all gold to Staff for them.
** we got everything we needed giving nothing back in return.
*** Today the same problem has lots of strong Poland players , so it's not totally against Chiwan.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
