Mes chers concitoyens,
Comme vous avez pu le remarquer et au plus grand regret d'une grande partie de la population, je suis devenu Président ce jour 1371 de l'emonde. Je ne peux vous garantir que ce mandat sera bien et je ne peux vous garantir que j'aurais le temps de me consacrer entièrement à la France ce mois-ci; j'espère néanmoins devenir un CP correct qui ne vous décevra pas (je vous conseille pour cela de placer vos espérances à un niveau assez bas). Ce BO sera assez court, ne vous attendez pas à grand chose, je vais juste faire le point sur la situation actuelle et annoncer le gouvernement.
Au niveau économique :
- On a pas mal de FRF et de golds en stock, la guerre ne nous a pas trop affecté sur ce point malgré les dépenses qu’a du effectuer mardro pour préserver la sécurité nationale..

wata et moi avons remarqué quelques problèmes de raws, on va (surtout lui) essayer d'éviter au maximum les pénuries de raws dans les MUs.
- Je compte rester pour le moment sur le Tax Free Market que m'a légué mardro. On avisera quand le pays sera dans une situation plus stable.
Au niveau militaire :
- La guerre a réveillé plusieurs d'entre nous et a pu montrer ce qu'on valait au combat, notre adhésion à l'alliance n'est que récente mais on a déjà montré à quel point notre aide était précieuse pour ces plus petits pays, il faut continuer sur cette voie.
- Actuellement, les MUs sont quasiment toutes remplies au maximum (si on fait exception de GN), je compte rester sur le modèle de mardro, peut-être changer quelques petites choses permettant d’avantage d’activité, mais pour le moment nous nous familiarisons avec le système actuel et nous nous préoccupons de le faire convenablement tourner.
Au niveau diplomatique :
- Comme vous l’avez remarqué, la guerre est actuellement en pause, il n’y a pas de cease fire ni de NAP mais les CPs Brésiliens et Portugais ne souhaitent pas continuer cette guerre (très probablement afin d’aider les alliés), un topic sera donc ouvert afin de débattre sur l’éventuelle poursuite/fin de cette guerre. On notera d’ailleurs que l’Espagne a lancé une RW sur la région qui nous liait au Portugal, nous laissant, si l’Espagne gagne, sans frontière commune avec notre ennemi.
- N’étant dans LOTS que récemment, j’aimerais si possible aider l’alliance ce mois-ci afin de redorer le blason de la France en tant qu’allié (il est vrai que l’attaque du Brésil n’a pas forcément contribué à améliorer notre image, et je remarque que depuis quelques mois les relations avec nos anciens amis se détériorent; je souhaite donc remédier à cette situation, déjà en évitant de perdre notre plus proche ami : l’Italie, mais également en nous rapprochant de la Suède qui nous a vraiment aidé dans notre guerre contre Unity.
Et pour le reste ?

mardro s’occupe gentiment de la Banque Nationale et d’Assistance Publique, vous n’avez donc pas à avoir peur sur ce point, les orgs sont entre de bonnes mains.

Pierrhus continue son projet de wiki, un article arrivera bientôt, des récompenses seront à la clé pour ce projet visant à garantir à nos nouveaux toutes les réponses dont ils auront besoin, n’hésitez donc pas à participer, il n’y a rien à perdre (à part un peu de temps) et tout à gagner.
- Je compte réutiliser le chan #gouv.fr afin de discuter avec le gouvernement de manière bien plus facile que sur un chan public ou en mp.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
