Need u know that, e-sim downgrade compagnies values for 10% in Stock market total value !
So, stop say that we lose money ! when we upgrade Q5, total value lose 20G !
but, real value is ok ! and, Q5 stuf are more easy to sell than Q4 !

Then, i need tgo know u're choice ...
Do u want upgrade Grain and Diamonds to Q5 whith next 400G ?
Say no if u prefere take dividendes ... 400G = 0.31 G/shares !

if u say yes, i upgrade grain and diamonds and we win 10% more production in this 2 compagnies ...
if u say no, we all take dividendes but compagnies stay Q4
