Starting Investment:
- XaNkro 250 Gold
- TheMachine0019 250 Gold

Structure:
- XaNkro will own 80% of SC shares;
- TheMachine0019 will own 20% of SC shares;

Operations:
- XaNkro will be the only manager,
- Obligation to pay dividents on the generated profits every Wednesday.
- Managment has obligation to "comment" in SC messages, the SC condition every Wednesday.
- Non-manager shareholders can use the SC private channel to ask questions to the managment.

Termination clauses:
1) If TheMachine0019 wants to end the partnership, he will have to notify XaNkro .
a. XaNkro will be obligated to buy TheMachine0019 shares for 250 Gold in the next 15 days.
b. If 15 days pass TheMachine0019 will receive extra 50 Gold .
c. TheMachine0019 can't end the partnership until day 2289.

2) If TheMachine0019 wants to buy the business, he can purchase it for 250 Gold .

3) If XaNkro wants to end the partnership, he will have to notify TheMachine0019 .
a. TheMachine0019 will be obligated to sell its 20% of shares for 250 Gold in the next 15 days.
b. If 15 days pass XaNkro has te right to buy them for less 50 Gold .
c. XaNkro can't end the partnership until day 2389.


4) Shares can't be sold to others besides XaNkro and TheMachine0019
