I've just created a new SC which I have called R&D Investment , and I will manage to get the maximum profit for the investors. You don't have to worry about if I will commit fraud or if the investment will be insatisfactory: I'm an experienced player and I'm managing a SC in Secura without any problem at the moment.
The program for the issueing shares will be the following:
-The first 75 shares will be issued at a price of 4 Gold each one.
-Then, 75 more shares will be issued at a price of 5 Gold each one.
-Another 75 shares will be issued at a price of 6 Gold per share.
-The last 75 shares will be issued at a price of 7.5 Gold per share.
These prices and amount of shares can be modified, but it is my first plan and I will proceed to do it like this if they don't need any change.
(Remember that the process of issueing shares will be slow and it might take some time the period of time between the selling of all the shares issued and the issueing of new shares)
The scheduled plans for the companies managed are these:
Q5 Iron
Q5 weapon
2 X Q5 gifts
2 X Q5 diamonds
(I may make more plans when the SC grows up)
Dividends will be paid on 15th and 30th of each month, or at least I will try to pay it every 15 days. The amount paid in the dividends will depend on the profit, as a result, 40% of the profit will be paid. The rest will be taken for future investments and for the growth of the SC.
When the SC grows and we have 3 companies, the dividend paid will change to the 45% of the profit, and it will change every time we get 2 more companies.
At the moment I will be the only manager in the SC, but when it grows up, I'm planning to ask for 2-3 managers as volunteers and if the businness goes on well, I will even pay them.
In this paragraph you can take a look on the progress made in the SC. Here, I will put the total value, the value per share, the profit made and the dividends paid. I will update this report once every month so you can be informed frequently.

Los dividendos se pagarán el 15 y el 30 de cada mes, o por lo menos intentaré pagarlos cada 15 días. La cantidad dinero pagada en los dividendos dependerán de los beneficios obtenidos de manera que se pagará el 40%. El resto se reservará para inversiones posteriores.
Cuando crezca la empresa y tengamos 3 compañías, el dividendo cambiará al 45% del beneficio y cambiará de esta manera cada 2 compañías nuevas obtenidas.
De momento seré el único gestor de la SC, pero cuando crezca, mi plan es reclutar entre 2 y 3 gestores voluntarios para diferentes puestos y si el negocio progresa, puede que incluso les pague.
En este apartado podréis observar los progresos en la empresa. Aquí pondré todos los meses el valor total de la empresa, el valor estimado por acción, y el beneficio y los dividendos pagados mensualmente. Actualizaré el informe una vez al mes en un artículo nuevo, de manera que podréis infomaros de todo el progreso hecho en la empresa.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
