After i'd written this article i decided in the interests of easier reading that it should be separated into three different principles. So i wrote it again. After i'd written it again i tried to put them in the same sentence and this is what i came up with and this is what i'm gonna start my article with (after this introduction ).
P.S. If it's longer than what you're used to (i haven't written anything serious for quite some while now) then feel free to skip it to the end.

Progress begins with facing realities, game starts with its facade and players stick with honesty.
Reality
When it comes to Admin , facing realities would be playing this game as a player. Therefore progress of e-Sim actually starts with playing e-Sim. Right now he seems to be looking at all of us indirectly, as a way to collect €. One of the possible reasons for this could be that he's actually busy doing something else. However, since his developers do come up with new big projects like Suna, reset and most recently this Oriental server, which will require to do them a lot of extra work and thinking (but will also be profitable in the € section), then i don't believe this to be the case. Admin needs to realize that in the long perspective going for easy buck is not beneficial for even him. There's simply no money if the game is dead. For any player this is obvious but for him it isn't. The question is how to make him realize that he should change his views. Influential players kMeel and iPSiArt have both described Railman as an incredibly stubborn fella whose mind is almost non-changable.

Should the first impression for all the newbies be something completely different from what was promised to them - the answer is NO. When someone joins Suna with the intention to start up with the "small" and "new" server but ends up in the biggest of them all with 450 days of gameplay, or if someone joins Primera or Secura for a "big" server, that's lying to your potential players. It's not hard to change that header Admin , it would show us that you and your developers actually visit your own game every once in a while.
Honesty
Well, this is quite simple actually. If you say there's never gonna be buy gold and then introduce buy gold, some of the players are gonna leave. If you say you're gonna fix the problems that you're never gonna fix, players are gonna be disappointed and leave the game, if you get rid of (ban) people that are trying to develop your own game from inside for trivial, half-true excuses, more people are gonna leave the game. On the other hand, if you say there "may be" buy gold if really necessary, then people are gonna accept and forgive that. If you actually do tell your developers to fix the issues that are important instead of working on ways to get more money out of players, people are gonna stay, play happily and some of the ones that stay will buy more of your gold. If you punish all the people on the same basis, even your critics are gonna respect you.

Well, these are some of my thoughts for today. You're all very welcome to discuss them (or just diss them ) in the comments.
Also vote this , the last question is why i wanted to (somewhat) "define" my views on "what Admin should do better" in the first place. I didn't quite get it right but i hope you see what i meant in this article. Cheers!

I will ask you to support some suggestions as well. After all, only our support can get them to Gods:
Small new(old) idea! by TheShadoWBunnY
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth.
Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit
different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be
efficiently
managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation.
Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the
game.
Work for the good of your country and
see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules.
First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you
will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress
as a fighter.
You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which
are owned by the state.
After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your
own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock
company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
"E-Sim is one of the most unique browser games out there"
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics
in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes.
From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability
to run for the head of the party you're in.
You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws
proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself.
Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you.
You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential
elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state
(for example, who to declare war on).
Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have
a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military.
In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control
over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials.
For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have
to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on
their territory.
You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life
as a pacifist
who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling
products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game.
It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present
in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth
according to their own.
So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
Invest, produce and sell - be an entrepreneur in E-Sim.
Take part in numerous events for the E-Sim community.
