Nhiều doanh nghiệp vận tải ôtô hiện vẫn đủng đỉnh với việc giảm cước trong khí giá xăng dầu đã giảm lần thứ 12 trong năm.
Ngày 23/12, Bộ Tài chính đã có công văn gửi Bộ Giao thông Vận tải và UBND các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương về việc tiếp tục tăng cường quản lý giá cước vận tải bằng xe ôtô.
Theo Bộ Tài chính, thời gian qua, giá xăng dầu đã liên tục giảm sâu, trong đó tính đến ngày 22/12 đã giảm 6.330 đồng/lít, giá dầu đã giảm 5.970 đồng/lít so với đầu năm 2014.
Tuy nhiên, bên cạnh những doanh nghiệp vận tải bằng xe ôtô đã thực hiện giảm giá cước vận tải và kê khai giá với sở giao thông vận tải và sở tài chính địa phương, đến nay vẫn còn nhiều doanh nghiệp kinh doanh vận tải ôtô chưa thực hiện kê khai giảm cước theo xu hướng giảm giá xăng dầu.
Để tiếp tục tăng cường quản lý giá cước vận tải bằng xe ôtô, tiếp theo văn bản số 16176/BTC ngày 6/11/2014, Bộ Tài chính đề nghị Bộ Giao thông Vận tải chỉ đạo các sở giao thông vận tải phối hợp với sở tài chính và các cơ quan liên quan tăng cường kiểm tra việc thực hiện kê khai giá cước tại địa phương.
Đối với các đơn vị chưa thực hiện kê khai giảm giá cước, có văn bản yêu cầu các đơn vị này phải tính toán lại giá thành vận tải và kê khai giảm giá cước phù hợp với biến động giảm giá nhiên liệu, xử lý nghiêm các hành vi vi phạm theo quy định của pháp luật.
Đối với các đơn vị chưa thực hiện kê khai giá, cơ quan chủ trì tiếp nhận kê khai giá cước có văn bản yêu cầu các đơn vị phải tính toán chi phí nhiên liệu trong giá thành để kê khai giảm giá cước vận tải theo xu hướng giảm giá nhiên liệu, trường hợp quá thời hạn quy định mà các đơn vị này không thực hiện kê khai giảm giá cước theo xu hướng giảm giá nhiên liệu, xử lý vi phạm theo quy định tại điều 11 Nghị định số 109/2013.
Đối với các đơn vị đã kê khai giảm giá cước, yêu cầu các đơn vị này tiếp tục tính toán lại giá thành vận tải theo xu hướng giảm giá nhiên liệu để kê khai lại theo đúng quy định.
Trước đó, giá xăng dầu trong nước đã về mức thấp nhất trong 4 năm qua, với lần giảm thứ 12 liên tiếp vào ngày 22/12 vừa qua.

You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
