Perú Org se ha reactivado después de mucho tiempo y como saben tiene como prioridad en financiar al Estado en varias acciones que emprenda tales como alianzas, RWS, compra de edificios, etc.
Al reiniciar la Org puse en venta todos los productos en inventario, ustedes pueden entrar a ver las ofertas que se han colocado, están a precios especiales para que ustedes lo puedan comprar.
La Org ya tenia una compañía llamada Perú Food que producía panes q3 pero la he trasladado a España donde hay una High Grain y aparte he creado una compañía de regalos q1 en China llamada Perú Gift, aquí les muestro la imagen:
Los que deseen trabajar pueden hacer pero ambas pagan con productos por ejemplo Peru Food paga según la productividad de cada uno con el 12% de panes que un trabajador produzca y lo mismo Peru Gift con el 12% de regalos que cada uno produzca, a no ser que prefieran otros productos, ya es cuestión de negociar (vía inbox)
El día de ayer el presidente de Holanda, Equality, nos propuso una MPP, el cual fue aprobado por 3 congresistas y el presidente de Perú, pero al final falló porque ellos no poseían los 10 gold que se requieren para firmar la alianza, en cambio Perú si disponía de esa cantidad, porque Perú Org donó 10 gold al estado, a muchos de ustedes les llegó la alerta.
Esa es una de las cosas que quería hablarles, si bien es cierto que Peru Org tiene como objetivos lograr ingresos y financiar al estado, todavía no cuenta con tanto dinero como para concretar alianzas con todos los países que quisiéramos o empezar con RWS en las regiones o colocar edificios (SDs, hospitales) para eso se necesita mas dinero y tiempo, por eso mismo les propongo lo siguiente:
1.- Peru Org está invirtiendo en la compra de materia prima y en el pago de salarios actualmente, después pondrá a la venta sus productos, ya sea en el mercado peruano como en el extranjero, por eso busca trabajadores y también proveedores que se ajusten a sus requerimientos, ustedes pueden ayudar.
2. Si desean trabajar en las compañías de la Org escriban al inbox para negociar sus salarios, así mismo los que quieren venderle a la Org sus granos o diamantes, por ahora, ya que en el futuro piensa crear mas compañías.
3. Los ingresos por ventas serán destinadas a financiar los gastos del estado que he mencionado, el presidente consultará al congreso y si éste lo aprueba, Peru Org correrá con el 50% del costo de cada acción ya sea alianzas, RWS, compra de edificios.
4. El otro 50% lo financiarán los ciudadanos mas activos del servidor, ya tengo apuntados sus nombres, no sean tacaños, a cada uno se le pedirá que le reembolsen a la Org que pondrá todo al inicio y después le tienen que restituir la mitad de lo que ha aportado.
5. Por favor comprenle a la Org también, los precios son muy buenos, sé que muchos tienen PEN y en lugar de poner ofertas en el MM compren los productos del mercado peruano.
6. Pido a algún congresista que proponga bajar los impuestos a los granos y a los panes de 50% a 10%,

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
