当中国取得军事上的完胜后，周恩来开始在国际寻求支持者，至少不能全部去同情印度，于是，一个凶恶、不讲理、帝国主义走狗、苏修的投靠者尼赫鲁形象，出现在给各国的简报和新闻稿中。
这一战不但军事上胜利，使得西线阿克塞钦板上订钉，也使得藏南的争议浮出水面。印度与中国在国际地位的争斗中，完全处于下风，时间也证明了这个趋向。
尼赫鲁试图先挽回国内的局的，因为政治上，有的议员试图让总统出面，限制尼赫鲁的权限，直到推倒他。
尼赫鲁迁怒于国内的共产党，哪怕是议会中的共产党，抓的抓，关的关，引起了苏联的不满，与日本的接近又引起了中国更大的反感，更别说接近台湾。
62年10.30，慌乱无路的尼赫鲁给日本首相亲笔写了一封长信。共说了九点，言真意切，求支持，希望日本能站在印度一边，痛骂中国。
11月3日，日本首相的回信，短得不能再短。仅表安慰，中日建交还忙着呢。
従って、今般中共が貴国との国境紛争を解決するための手段として大規模な軍事行動に訴えていることは、極めて遺憾なことであります。私は、アジアひいては全世界の平和に対する脅威となるかかる軍事行動につき、閣下の重大なる関心と憂慮の念をともにするものであります。私はインドがこのようにして直面させられた諸困難に対し、日本政府及び日本国民の深甚なる同情を表明いたしたいと思います。
日本的态度也代表了除美苏外一些工业大国的态度，只看不说不站队。精神上和联合国表态上支持你，实质上的不会有。
尼赫鲁的四处乱拜，受到了中共的嘲笑，人民日报开始针对他个人进行文章批判。
这时尼赫鲁想起谈判，晚了。印度国内也不会放过他。
喊打喊杀的议员们开始忘了自已说过什么，纷纷跟媒体一起痛骂尼赫鲁和梅农，梅农最终下台。
17.民间的慌乱
边境城市更是不可收拾的乱，考尔中将在大败前给提尔浦市市长打电话说，中国侵略者不用几天就会占领这座城市，市长一听，带上老婆孩子全跑了。本来去加尔各答是正常调动，可提早就溜了，造成了市政府的极大恐慌。
新市长算是来了，发现市政没有人办公，能跑的全跑了。只能发个通知广播，大意是已经无法对人民的安全提供保障，在解放军到来前，看着办吧。
当然了，印度精忠报国的爱国议员还是有的，当地议员们上街演讲，号召市民起来准备战斗。大致演讲文：
“同胞们，乡亲们，现在是最危急的时刻，抛头颅，洒热血，为了印度。
像胆小鬼一样离开家园，不如让共军的炸弹炸死我们，这样死才是有价值的。
我们的历史上有XXX XXXX等英雄，在天之灵在看着你们！
加油，来跟我一起喊口号！”
大家很感动，好多的人也决定留下。
结果议员们讲完，坐着轮船跑到河对面，跑路了。不然船就太挤了。
被忽悠的反应过来，也一船一船的挤上跑了。
三百人的载重，一下就上去一千多。
银行里开始烧钱，纸币烧完，硬币烧不了，扔湖里。
一听有钱，没跑的人扑通扑通往湖里跳，不捞白不捞。
市区也开始混乱，抢抢抢。
中央政府派人来，决定搞焦土政策，炸了也不能给中共。
电厂，水厂，油库，茶园，机场统统准备炸掉，不过人手找不齐。算了。
阿三在阿萨母邦也开始撤退人员，顺序是先军人后政府人员及家属，再青年人，再其它。但就算这样，邦里的部长们也不肯，他们要跑第一位。理由是他们被抓会成了国家的耻辱。就这样乱轰轰持续着。
62年11月21日 就在印度慌不择路时，中国单方面宣布停火及后撤。
条件是双方从实控线各后撤20公里，如果不同意，中国军队保留自卫权利。
希望印度能有积极反应。
尾巴 不算结算
中印战争的爆发前，出现了一个很有趣的情况。
有军事准备的，反而一再想谈判。
没军事准备的，却一再回避判。
本来印度还有最后的机会避开战争，62年7月13日，中国驻印大使被召回国。尼赫鲁表示可以在某些基础上讨论边境问题。
在7.23日的日内瓦，陈毅直接找到印国防部长梅农希望能搞一个部长级公报，表明双方为防止边境冲突问题进行谈判。梅农表示作不了主，回国请示，但没有下文。这也是印度外交思维混乱的体现。中共失去了耐心。
历史问题主要是英国人留下来的，英国人走前，撒下了好多定时炸弹。西藏藏南、查谟、克什米尔、东西孟加拉、东西旁遮普等这些爆点现在或将来还会引爆。
印度的依然用旧思维插手西藏并搞事，国民党政府对西藏没有实质上的控制，但不等于共产党会一直延续这种状态，没有稳定的藏区，边境问题就无从谈起。
59年藏区稳区并驻军后，原来西藏的边境问题便浮出水面。新疆和阿里的通道（阿克赛钦）50年代早就在修，印度一直不知，这不是中共的错。既成事实后，印度又试图恢复原状，但周恩来要求的谈判基础是维持现状。
原状和现状就是印中边境的实质，也是战争的结果本质。
中共打破了原状，稳定了现状，再图其它，比如藏南。
如果搞清原状是什么？就会明白国民党对西藏也只能象征性的控制，更惶论边境。一无所有的边境。在62年战争后新中国实质上拿下了阿克塞钦也就是西段。这是成绩还是失败？
藏南也是争议区，但没有历代中国政府合法划分条约。就看将来的实力去争取。

Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
