事情到了这份上，周恩来还是建议举行高级会谈，北京欢迎你，不来，周去新德里也可，再不行去仰光谈。地点时间全替印度安排好，但尼赫鲁非常草率的拒绝了。仅仅是为了在民众面前表现出他的强硬，不过，也得到全国的欢呼。不谈，不谈！
三哥外交上最终沦落到玩文字游戏上，始终纠缠在“现状”这词语上。换句话说阿克塞钦是被中共非法给占了，请退出，恢复到国民党时期的状态。对国内说得更狠，要把公路给炸了。又是一片掌声。
僵局对中共来说无所谓，这样印度主张的西段，中国心安理得的军事存在了。印度觉得又不行，要恢复巡逻，但中国这时回应，你要来巡，我就开始在中段，东段巡。这是以前从未有过的威胁。
印度觉得很冤，逻辑是这样的。
1.民国和印度，没有这问题，阿克塞钦印度掌控。
2.中共现在驻了军，侵犯了印度国土。
3.要求共军撤出此地区是合理的。
4.不撤就派军加强巡逻，准备冲突。一切顺理成章，有理有节。
现在中国居然直接喊出要在东段和中段巡，说明领土计划中国是有一整套方案的。
这样情况上，谈判之路又被三哥自已堵死了。三哥开始运用他自以为远远超越中国的国际形象和地位通过别国来施压中国。
的确三哥当时，在国际上是很受欢迎的。谁谁闹别扭，三哥总是以公正的和事佬现身调和。人见人爱，还是不结盟的老大，有头有脸。智慧和正义的化身，厚道人。
现在自已摊上事了，谁来帮他，亚洲一个也没有。让他伤心，也不想想，哪国会跟中国为印度的事去翻脸。找美苏？心里是想的，但一找的话，不结盟运动就自已打自已脸了。
国际观察
印度越来越觉得国际力量的重要了，尼赫鲁自身是两头不讨好，跟中国现实点会谈，国内开骂，死活不谈。中国骂起来也很带劲。毕竟，印度给全世界当时的感觉就是非暴力爱和平的国家，背上谈判桌满世界飞。怎么到了自已的事，就不谈呢？
国际上观察一下，有影响的就是美苏两家。如果有一家支持你，你对中共的嗓门就能高好多，如果两家全支持呢，哼哼！
但不能找呀，那时尼赫鲁还是要脸的，不结盟的脸皮不能自已给撕了。不找没关系，乐于助人，日行一善的美国人来了，请了好几回没理会印度的艾森豪威尔总统亲自来了。
59年12月，艾森豪威尔访印，说明美对印的政策已经起变化了，美国的情报显示此时中国的工业化已经超过印度。
曾经冰冷的美国，开始表现出对印度的无比同情，应邀在议会演讲时艾森豪威尔把印度狠狠的从头到脚夸了一回。随后四年给了印度援助达40亿美元。而此前这些年相加也不过17亿美元。中国的工业化如此快的超过印度的确有点让人恐怖。
美国算是站队了，苏联呢？印度也想试试，当时，如果一个共产党国家与一个非共国家开战，苏联必须站在共产党一边。如果保持中立，就是背叛。
结果中印一冲突，苏联就中立了，还帮印度搞了个比来钢铁厂。并在59年12月底通知印度，赫鲁晓夫要在亚洲之行中顺访印度。
从媒体上看，印度外交和国际影响求同情得分很高。
但尼赫鲁私下里是明白有的事要现实一些。因为与美国总统和赫秃子的交谈中，两个超级大国有点不赞成印度，开战对你有什么好处？为什么要放弃谈判？周恩来两次建议全部被你拒绝，这不是政治家的作法。
尼赫鲁也明白了美苏的底牌，那就找周恩来谈吧。之前草率的拒绝，回想起来不知尼赫鲁是否脸红。
亲爱的总理
60年1月，尼赫鲁想通了，主动写信求周恩来谈判，对国内却还是强硬的说不可能谈。
信是2月3号写好，并且要驻华大使帕塔萨拉蒂一定要亲手交给周恩来。
信的抬头是写：亲爱的总理。而不是这些年常用的：亲爱的总理先生。
这就太热情和亲昵了，再把总理两字拿掉估计会晕倒一大片。哈
四天后，印度国内知道了，尼赫鲁宣布请周恩来到新德里谈。
三哥全疯了，震惊，愤怒，议员们纷纷往议会跑去吵架，议员马萨尼称这是国家的耻辱！
尼赫鲁出卖了印度！
印度的名誉被尼赫鲁毁了！
他妈的尼赫鲁！
当确定周恩来访印的时间后，印度开始组织力量，周恩来住几天就游行几天，不让他好过。让谈判失败。
11. 战前准备
周恩来61年4月访印就简单说了，谈了四五天，总之破裂了。部长们和议员们一个个要去见周恩来，陈毅一个个拦下。忙吵架，用黑话说就是双方会谈是坦率的。
印度官员主要是要向中国展示一种态度：不投降。周恩来又不是来劝降的，鸡同鸭讲，开了一场三哥拼命想阻止的记者会。 中国国内打那时起开始宣传领土被占。
牌已经完全摊给尼赫鲁了，就是你要是不承认中国军队在阿克塞钦的实际存在及控制，要搞军事挑衅，那么中国军队将大举进攻并越过麦克马洪线。
三哥在58年还没有意识到战争的迫近，他认为战争只会跟巴基斯坦打起来，但巴基斯坦有美国的撑腰，不大好弄。对中国还是保持友好交流中。
58年中国提出要军事交流，学习三哥的先进军事理论。阿三就乐了，那赶紧来呀。包吃包住。等代表团一来，叶剑英带队，元帅？这么高级？阿三就有点蒙了，但说好了交流就开始参观吧。
叶剑英基本看了三哥的主要军事设施，到旁庶普邦时表示慕名要看第四师的军容及演练。
这个师就是四年后与中国交战最重要的印军部队。
主将是考尔中将（那时是少将）看完后叶剑英给予了高度评价，表示要认真学习。
当时印度陆军大约有37万人，七个师，六个步兵师，一个装甲师（大致不一定准）。
装甲师驻在中印度，还有一个步兵师被印共武装牵住。
叶剑英回国前去还参观了威灵顿印军参谋学员，大加赞扬。校方一高兴送了一个银质的猫头鹰给叶剑英。叶剑英收下，但不是很高兴，说猫头鹰是不祥之物，但还是要感谢。
印军的将领能力，战力，布署，明的暗的情报收集基本是齐了。特别是叶居然看了考尔的第四师演练，让印军很多年以后也无法理解，为什么这么巧，是天意吗？
这事也永远无解。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
