阿克塞钦区是疆藏主要的商道，而且军事价值极高。中印都认为是自已的领土，但印度限于地图，中国50年代开始实勘，因为要修路。但没有给印度任何通知，哪怕那时中印关系还是很好的。我的地盘我作主。
54年周恩来访印时，尼赫鲁曾拐弯抹角的拿出了一份中国地图给他看。脸上荡漾着得瑟，没话说了吧，因为地图上标明边境跟印度自认的差不多，中印友好万岁。周恩来说这些是解放前的地图，新中国还没来得及改正出版，下回有新的送一份给你。
哇靠，尼赫鲁茫然：话还能这样讲的！
阿克塞钦的归属，根子还是英国人留下的。但新中国的勘察队几年内连林济塘洼地也摸了一遍。摸完，三哥没反应，56年3月修路开始。共750英里，其中120英里通过印度要求的领土上。历时19个月，主要是边防军、工程兵还有3000左右民工，费尽千辛万苦修好通车。
问题是，修路前中国难道不知道这是争议领土吗？知道，但中国说过了，中印不存在争议，如果有，可以谈判，反正我现在是不提谈判，只管修。你不反对就是你默认。
那中国修路这么久，印度为什么没反应？中国也是各种猜，毕竟印度对这么大的事不声不响，有点惨人。到了57年8月路快修好了，印度还是不作声。外交互动时印度连暗示一下不满也没有。中国开始又搞情报，搞分析。真有点惨人。
其实原因很简单，三哥政府根本不知有这事。是57年9月中国报纸公开热烈庆祝公路开通，三哥外交官才一头雾水的向国内发报咨询对策。还寄了一张地图，是从中国的杂志上剪下的，让印度国内去对照。
地图一大堆，三哥也搞不清公路走向，就实地探探吧。让边防军派两巡逻队去实测。但被部队拒绝了，理由是太冷了。那就明年去看吧，58年7月才上路，到了10月巡逻队才基本搞清公路走向。往南去的小队报告，中国公路的确穿过了印度主张的大片领土。往北边的小队，整队人却失踪了。
探个路把人给探没了，迷路了？开小差了？找人吧，怎么也找不到。58年10.18日印度就公路问题发了备忘录给北京表示遗憾并指责中国。顺便问了下中国是不是知道那些失踪的三哥士兵下落。
中国给了复照，进行了反指责。顺便说下那些兵被中国扣押（没说俘虏）了，本着中印友好的精神，要收来收，不收就递押出境。
7.周尼辨论
公路修成后，12月尼赫鲁给周恩来写信。语调是热情洋溢的，但小小的问题还是要提一下，就是54年或56年某一天，周兄不是说过同意以麦线为中印分界线吗？另外阿克塞钦希望你们本着中印友好长远眼光，撤兵撤哨。
不但从传统习惯和地理位置，再加上1842年的西姆拉条约，这些地方都是无可争辨的印度领土。双方不应当片面的采取实质实动。破坏中印关系。逻辑1232457。
周恩来回信更加热情洋溢，大赞印度建设，感谢印度为恢复中国在联合国合法席位的努力，在国际事务上的合作愉快。但是小问题也要说一下。
大致意思是你说我在某年某月表达过以麦线为中印边界。是的，我说过，但你理解错了。我是说：
1、麦克马洪线是非法的，中国不会承认这点是明确的。
2、非法就要双方共同去推翻它，否定它。
在此后，中印友好的基础上，我们谈判可以根据这线来谈。两个概念尼兄你懂？
但阿克塞钦周恩来是斩钉截铁的不容再谈。路都修好了，有必要谈吗！
尼赫鲁再复信，强调阿克塞钦中国必须先撤出，再谈。理由12345。
周恩来表示退一步，维持现状，将来再谈。
尼赫鲁表示同意，但现状是什么？当然是49年前的状态，对吧，恩来兄。
周恩来还是耐心的表示现在的状态就是现状。如果你一定要争论扩大化，那么其它两段边境我们也是要争取的。
接着来长时间的的沉默，不再写信。到59年9月周再去信时，西藏局势已经完全被中国控制了，但印度收留和尚，和尚又发表声明，声明又是印度给起草的。中印关系已经非常危险。中国趁机进驻西藏，在中印边境布下了大量兵力。
印度则根据麦线开始设哨卡，但麦克马洪的原图是1比8，一条线划得粗粗大大，与实际很难精确吻合。经常哨卡设错地方，也给中国后来开火找了理由。
不久便爆发了朗久事件，1959.8.25小型武装冲突。中国开火后，印度撤掉了塔马顿哨所。导致了印度国内的反华情绪到了临界点。
8. 空喀山口交火对印国内的冲击
如果说偶尔的交火传到印度国内，让印度民众对中国的猜疑和反对到了临界点，那么空喀山口的交火，让印度国内对中国的态度转为反对和呼吁开战。
59年夏季印度决定在地图标出的一些地点设哨所，而且离中国主张的领土很远。三哥认为按理是不会起冲突的，于是一个小队沿河谷而上，在拉那克山口设了个哨所，并以此为实地边界，由70多名警察部队巡逻附近山地，打算建其它哨卡。
结果走到空喀山时，呃。。居然有共军哨所，小伙伴们惊呆了。回来一报信，领导不信，在10.20日派了三名侦察高手去探个清楚。结果三人当天就被俘了。第二天，去救援的小组更惨，9人被打死，被俘了7个。中方牺牲一个。
消息传回印度国内，沸腾了！
《印度时报》说这是中国对印警察部队赤裸的屠杀。
人民社会党通过决议，谴责中国，强调国内团结，发扬爱国主义精神。
国内压力很大，尼赫鲁在国际也没占到便宜。
事情出来了，三哥把自已打扮成受害方，向国际媒体哭诉。并歪曲事件经过，三哥的描述是：当天印军巡逻小组，被早早埋伏在山顶的中国军队无端伏击。死伤惨重。证据呢？ 没有。那就是一面之词了。
中方描述：中国巡逻小分队意外遇上了印军，并被包围，印军逼共军放下武器，进而开枪被迫还击。
证据呢？有，有人证。 三哥的俘虏们证实了中方的说法，于是被马上释放。
一回国，俘虏就翻供，说是共军逼供。这样更让国际笑话了。
尼赫鲁面对群情激愤的国内情绪，已经很难再继续坚持中印友好的论调，因为他几乎是在印度一手庶天，总理，外长，核能委员会，甚至国防部长他也会兼过来当。
像小冲突，和周恩来的信件来往，他是不会告诉议会和民众，但这次瞒不了。
一方面他不能也没有决心与中国开战。一方面又要平息国内的怒火。
但议会在休会中，尼赫鲁不断的开始了公开演讲。但总是被骂蠢货，无能。等11月议会复开，炮火更猛了，有的人从中印建交开始八尼赫鲁的事。总之，他被周恩来耍弄了。
尼赫鲁招架不住，公开了周恩来以往的来信，并保证以后中印外交文件将会在议会马上公布。休会时就做成白皮书发表。这也表明尼赫鲁至高无上的威望开始在国内下滑。

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
