Na Hrvaško je v ponedeljek 15. decembra 2014 prispel še zadnji izmed sedmih lovcev MiG-21, ki so jih poslali na remont v Ukrajino. Ob tem so Hrvaške letalske sile od Ukrajine kupili še 5 dodatnih bojnih letal MiG-21. Prihod zadnjega miga pa prihaja le nekaj dni po tem, ko se je pilot Ivan Selak znašel v težavah z lovcem MiG-21, ki mu je nagajal “nov” romunski motor.
V zračno bazo Pleso pri Zagrebu je iz posodobitve prispel še zadnji lovec MiG-21 bis iz flote Hrvaških letalskih sil (Hrvatsko ratno zrakoplovstvo i protuzračna obrana – HRZ i PZO), ki ima oznako 116. V pošiljki z migom, ki so ga pripeljali s tovornjakom, pa so prejeli tudi dva rezervoarja za gorivo za letala MiG-21, saj sta dva stara puščala. Tako so Hrvaške letalske sile skoraj že končale prenovo vseh lovcev in dobile “novo” floto 12-ih lovcev MiG-21, skupaj s 5-imi rabljenimi in posodobljenimi, ki so ji dodatno kupili od Ukrajine. Čakajo jih še končna testiranja petih prejetih lovcev MiG-21 in zadnjega prejetega, nato pa sledi uradna primopredaja, kar naj bi se zgodilo do konca januarja 2015. Do sedaj so od Ukrajincev uradno prevzeli šest bojnih letal, vsa hrvaška letala pa so stara že okoli 40 let, kar pomeni da bo v operativnem stanju verjetno 7 letal, preostalih 5 pa na servisiranju.
V petek 12. decembra 2014 pa je imel edini hrvaški testni pilot Ivan Selak težave z enim izmed lovcev MiG-21 bis (z oznako 118), ki je prišel iz remonta v Ukrajini. Vendar pa je bil razlog za težave motor, ki so ga posodobili v romunskem podjetju Aerostar tik predno so Hrvati poslali svoje lovce na remont v Ukrajino. Selak je med testnim poletom miga z oznako 118 začutil vibracije zaradi spremembe tlaka v motorju in zaradi tega zasilno pristal – k sreči brez težav.
Že v prvih dneh decembra 2014 pa se je na Hrvaškem veliko govorilo o smotrnosti in uspešnosti projekta posodobitve flote lovcev MiG-21 s strani ukrajinskega Remontnega zavoda iz ukrajinske Odese. Veliko očitkov je padlo predvsem na zakasnelo dobavo, s čimer niso bili zadovoljni niti Ukrajinci (Ukrspecexport), ki bodo morali plačati 400.000 USD kazni za zamudo pri dobavi, niti Hrvaške letalske sile, ki niso mogli izvajati vseh načrtovanih aktivnosti v letu 2014.

Zakaj je prišlo do zamud pa je hrvaškemu vladnemu odboru za obrambo pojasnil testni pilot polkovnik Ivan Selak, ki je dejal, da so imeli Ukrajinci ogromno težav med testiranji posodobitev predvsem zaradi napak, ki so jih zakrivili med remontom migov v Romuniji leta 2003. Poleg tega pa je podrobnejša testiranja onemogočala tudi ukrajinska zakonodaja, ki ne dovoljuje, da bi tuji vojaški piloti, v tem primeru prav hrvaški testni pilot Selak, letali z nadzvočno hitrostjo, nižje od 500 metrov, … Selak je ob tem dodal: “Enake težave so bile v Romuniji. V Ukrajini sem opravil 41 poletov na šestih letalalih, več kot to pa ni bilo mogoče zaradi vojne. Težave so realne, ker so letala stara.” Selak je ob tem odboru za obrambo za vsakega izmed hrvaških lovcev MiG-21 pojasnil v kakšnem stanju je.
“Kot pilot, sem imel veliko pripomb na remont v Romuniji in Ukrajini, posivel sem od romunskega remonta I in tudi zdaj niso težave veliko manjše, zmanjšale so se za 4,5 milijonov evrov, kolikor bo stal ta remont. Za to je kriv čas, tehnika, mi in oni, bendar je pomemben cilj in ta je ohraniti zmožnost bojnega letalstva ter zaščite zračnega prometa,” pojasnjuje polkovnik Selak in dodal, da jim niso v pomoč niti ti časi krize, ker vse veliko stane, vendar je ključnega pomena, da Hrvaške letalske sile prevzamejo le popolnoma spravna bojna letala.

“Potrebujemo več potrpežljivosti in razumevanja javnosti, ki pa ima vso pravico biti kritična. Vsi se zavedamo, da so zdaj mogoče le naložbe v zneskih, ki so mogoči v tej krizi. Potreben vložek v bojna letala je pol transferja Rakitića in Modrića. A v tem trenutku to žal ni mogoče,” se je slikovito izrazil Selak ob prisotnosti svojih nadrejenih.
Ob tem so hrvaški mediji poročali, da je znesek za posodobitev in dokup flote 12-ih hrvaških lovcev MiG-21 (4,5 milijone evrov) enak znesku, ki bi ga Hrvaško ministrstvo za obrambo plačalo za nakup enega večnamenskega helikopterja Sikorsky UH-60 black hawk. The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics
in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes.
From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability
to run for the head of the party you're in.
You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws
proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself.
Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you.
You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential
elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state
(for example, who to declare war on).
Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have
a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military.
In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control
over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials.
For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have
to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on
their territory.

as a pacifist
who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling
products).
