在上海某游戏公司做策划的李淼，工作两年来几乎从不吃早饭。早上7点半起床，8点出门，路上要花1个小时，到公司忙一会儿就快中午了，索性喝杯饮料，等到中午再吃。李淼告诉记者，他已经习惯了这样的饮食安排，双休日也往往睡到快中午才吃饭。“父母经常打电话嘱咐我吃好一点，我也知道自己做的饭比外面的要干净营养。无奈平时工作太忙，天天做饭太累人。”李淼说。
中华医学会、中国医药卫生事业发展基金会2010年发布的《中国网民饮食健康调查报告》显示，六成多的网友日常进餐不规律，具体表现在时间和数量上。38.8%的网友表示三餐进食定时但不定量，17.8%的人表示进餐时间不确定，5.9%的人更是自认三餐进食规律差。与中国营养学会发布的《中国居民膳食指南》的膳食建议相对比，仅4.4%的人饮食结构符合该建议。日常进食的10种最常见食物中，奶类及奶制品明显不足，鱼虾类、蔬果、谷类、薯类、杂豆大豆等也摄入不足。而明显大于标准量的食物是油和盐。
本次调查显示，71.5%的受访者发现身边年轻人吃饭“凑合”的问题普遍，其中18.7%的人表示非常普遍。仅6.5%的受访者感觉不普遍。
据受访者观察，“口味”(70.5%)是年轻人吃饭时考虑的最主要因素，其次是“快捷”(46.4%)，第三是“价格”(40.0%)，接下来是“品牌”(22.5%)、“安全”(22.0%)、“热量”(17.3%)，而健康饮食本应重视的“营养”这一因素排在最末(12.8%)。
80后女孩范甜从老家到杭州打工一年多，租住在当地居民自建的隔断房里。由于住所没有燃气、抽油烟机等设备，她基本都是在小餐馆或快餐店吃饭。范甜说，她做的是珠宝销售，和同事聊天的话题经常是各种名牌产品，自己虽然工资不高，但还是免不了要在穿和用方面讲究一下。“吃对于我这个年纪的女孩来说，可能不是那么重要。”范甜说，偶尔单位加班错过了饭点，她还会比较“庆幸”，因为“有机会”少吃一顿，更有利于保持身材。
北京某高校大二学生张博涛告诉记者，每月月初家里打来的1000元生活费，常常不到两个星期就被他花得只剩两三百元了。为了靠剩下的钱维持到月末，他有时一日三餐都吃馒头蘸“老干妈”。
张博涛说，对于刚进入大城市上学的学生来说，逛街、吃美食、买衣服、旅游等想体验的东西太多，一出门至少两三百元就没了。“大部分学生都没太多收入，只能勒紧裤腰带”。
调查中，69.2%的受访者发现，不少年轻人把钱花费在穿和玩上，从而压缩在吃上的开支。年轻人吃饭“凑合”的原因还包括：“工作紧张，没有时间”(56.8%)，“太懒，不想花心思”(46.5%)，“不会做饭”(45.4%)，“收入太低，没有条件”(40.3%)，“不了解饮食健康的重要性”(24.2%)，“不懂得营养搭配”(21.8%)，“忙于节食减肥”(15.9%)，“对自己身体过分自信”(13.9%)等。
中国健康教育中心主任毛群安指出，吸烟、酗酒、缺乏运动、膳食不合理等生活方式，直接导致了肿瘤、高血脂、高血压、糖尿病等慢性非传染性疾病的高发。随着社会的发展，心脑血管疾病、癌症等慢性病的危害日趋严重，很多人如温水煮青蛙一般被逐渐夺走健康。如果这样下去，再过二三十年，慢性病发病率将会井喷。调查中，75.2%的受访者认为吃饭“凑合”对年轻人危害大。
如何促进年轻人健康饮食？调查中，57.0%的受访者建议有条件的用人单位配备食堂，52.3%的受访者希望设立符合年轻人作息的便民菜场，40.0%的受访者提议在学校课本中加入健康饮食的相关知识，38.4%的受访者建议年轻人定期体检，关注健康提示，23.9%的受访者希望媒体多做一些健康饮食节目。
采访中，一名53岁的北京市民说，他发现现在讲究养生的大多数是老年人。背负生活和工作压力的年轻人身体损耗最大，却对健康不太注意。“俗话说，人是铁，饭是钢。作为社会的中流砥柱，希望年轻人能多关照一下自己的身体，也让我们这些做父母的放心”。(本报记者 周易)

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
