几天前，因赵本山妻子马丽娟在新加坡赢得一场官司，令赵本山再次陷入“移民”风波中。几天来，有关赵本山“被移民”，成了娱乐圈的热门话题。11月8日，华西都市报记者再次联系到本山传媒艺术总监刘双平，他再次证实：有关媒体几次炒作赵本山已经移民的新闻，其实都是不真实的消息。目前，赵本山老师本人以及他的妻子和儿女的户口全都在辽宁。
“移居”非“移民”在新加坡他们是外国人
11月5日，新加坡《联合早报》报道，赵本山妻子马丽娟控告新加坡助手林美玲和车行串谋私吞欠款案4日开庭，法官裁定马丽娟胜诉。据《联合早报》撰写该新闻的记者称，在法庭文件上，马丽娟的身份资料是外国证件号码，并非新加坡的身份证件号码，文件也讲她是foreigner（外国人）。
然而，因为《联合早报》报道中有一句“赵本山的妻子马丽娟，四年前与龙凤胎子女移居本地”，再加上马丽娟已经在当地一家艺术拍卖公司任职，职位是“校长”，所以不少媒体和网友将“移居”等同于“移民”，令赵本山再次陷入“移民”风波。
11月6日晚，华西都市报记者直接电话采访了赵本山。谈及有关“被移民”的话题，赵本山幽默地说：“最近没啥热点新闻，不整我整谁啊！没有移民这事儿。”同时，赵本山一再强调说：“我真的没有移民。我们全家户口都在辽宁。老婆、儿女，包括我的户口都在辽宁。我移到外国去干什么啊？那里也不可能建二人转剧场让我演。今后，我不再说移民的事。因为我压根儿就没有移民这事儿！”
赵本山说：“我是中国人，是观众养活了我们二人转演员。我的二人转市场主要在中国，我移民到外国去干什么啊？有人硬要说我移民，那我就只好说从莲花村移民到沈阳，再从沈阳移民到莲花乡。来回的移呗。总之，我不会移民。我的户口现在都在辽宁。”
今年10月19日，华西都市报记者曾在沈阳采访赵本山，还当面见到了赵本山的儿子牛牛，牛牛已长成了1米8的英俊小伙子，还在念书。
赵本山是政协委员曾接受调查证实没移民
11月8日，华西都市报记者再度联系上了艺术总监刘双平。他向华西都市报记者介绍说：“赵本山妻子马丽娟去新加坡，只是陪着两个孩子在新加坡念书，他们三个人并没有拿新加坡身份证，如果赵本山老师真的移民国外，他就没有资格去参加全国政协会议。”
刘双平还特意给记者讲述了一件有关赵本山全国政协委员身份的事情，“我有一个秘密消息没有透露：早在2013年3月，赵本山老师去北京参加全国政协会议之前，辽宁省政协办公厅受全国政协的委托，曾专门派人到辽宁省出入境管理局，对赵本山是否移民进行了全方面的深入调查，调查结果显示，赵本山本人确实没有移民国外。在证实赵本山本人没有移民后，全国政协权威部门才委托辽宁省政协办公厅，通知赵本山老师去北京参加两会。如果赵本山老师已移民，是没有资格当全国政协委员的。”
四次“被移民”赵本山哭笑不得
有关赵本山移民的“新闻”，近几年已经先后四次出现在各大媒体的头条，尽管每次赵本山都不得不出面澄清“根本没有移民这件事儿”，但被移民事件仍一次又一次被炒作。第一次2008年11月。
移民潮下明星被关注
事件最初源于多伦多一家华文媒体记者“捷克佳”的博客，于2008年11月5日写道：“在多伦多举行的‘东北内蒙大联欢’记者会上，有知情人士爆料称，中国著名笑星、喜剧小品演员赵本山及家人移民加拿大已经获得批准，而且在上月完成移民前的体检。据透露，赵本山将选择多伦多作为移民后的定居城市。”
紧接着，多家媒体在没有采访到赵本山本人的情况下，称得到了赵本山本人的短信回复“是的”。当时，赵本山的经纪人高大宽第一时间出面澄清：“他为什么要移民？移民图啥？他在这儿什么也不缺是吧。他们（指媒体）要炒就让他们炒去。”第二次2012年4月。
移民政策终止前被移民
2012年4月，知名博主“长春国贸”爆料：赵本山深夜搭乘私人专机抵新，将于2012年4月15日和在狮城的家人会合，要抢在本月15日1000万新元投资移民政策终止前办理移民手续。信息同样来源于“网友爆料”。
当时，赵本山在接受记者采访的时候直言：“我不会移民，我往哪移啊，我的文化产业市场都是华人，我跟成龙、李连杰不一样，他们是好莱坞明星，可以吃国际饭，我是吃中国饭长大的。”第三次2014年3月。
全国两会前夕被质疑
赵本山移民海外的消息在今年全国两会前夕再次不胫而走，一度沸沸扬扬。这一次，正因为赵本山“政协委员”的身份，引起了更多网友的关注：“你作为有影响的艺术家，到底移民国外没有？请赵本山说出真相！”而当时，已到北京准备“两会”的赵本山也再次表示：“我现在没有移民任何国家。之所以没移民，是因为我爱中国，爱东北的白山黑土，爱铁岭老家莲花村。我们国家发展这么好，我为什么要移民？我永远都是中国人。这次跨过长江到中国改革开放最前沿的深圳，大投入开办‘刘老根大舞台’，就是我不会移民国外的最好见证。”第四次2014年11月
墙未倒“众人推”
这一次的源头来自新加坡《联合早报》一则报道，因为赵本山的妻子马丽娟在新加坡的官司胜诉，最后变成了赵本山全家移民新加坡的“大新闻”，加上媒体最近报道赵本山缺席了三个重要会议，有传媒还报道赵本山还将缺席哈文执导的羊年春晚，于是，赵本山的“墙”快倒了，推的人也多了，弄得赵本山本人想不回应都不行。
不过，这一次的事件让赵本山似乎对“被移民”事件也没有了耐心，他表示，这是他最后一次就移民问题进行澄清。

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
