- Era il 4 Ottobre 1819 quando nel piccolo comune di Cerreto Sannita nacque in un ora indefinita Michele Ungaro. -

Figlio di Giambattista e di Maria Antonia Savoja, discendeva da una fra le più importanti e illustri famiglie cerretesi il cui capostipite era Giulio Ungaro, governatore della contea superiore dei Carafa dal 1718.
Educato fin da giovane in un Collegio gesuita, studiò successivamente presso il Seminario Diocesano di Cerreto Sannita per poi laurearsi in legge a Napoli. Nel 1846, dopo aver vinto un concorso, divenne giudice eseguendo l'apprendistato presso la Procura del Re nel Tribunale di Napoli.
Allo scoppio dei moti del 1848 egli si trovava nel suo paese natale dove, all'annuncio della concessione di una Carta Costituzionale da parte del Re, con altri giovani cerretesi allestì un carro anarchico che attraversò la cittadina al grido di
"Viva l'Italia, Viva la Costituzione".
Nel 1849 fu nominato Giudice di prima classe nella Corte di Casoria. Successivamente passò al Tribunale di Sora e, infine, al Tribunale di Sala Consilina dove giudicò alcuni personaggi minori che parteciparono alla spedizione di Sapri.
Deputato al Parlamento
Il 22 ottobre 1865 venne eletto deputato nel collegio di Caiazzo per la IX legislatura.
Durante la legislatura successiva fu inviato in Egitto dal Governo per difendere i diritti dei coloni italiani. Al termine di questa missione scrisse un libro dal titolo "La vera questione egiziana" edito dalla casa editrice Pergola nel 1869.
In Parlamento sedette fra le file della sinistra storica e divenne ottimo amico di Garibaldi come testimonia un telegramma autografo che l'Eroe dei due Mondi spedì all'Ungaro. La sua appartenenza alla sinistra storica trova conferma in un manifesto del 1867 diretto ai suoi elettori, nel quale contestò duramente i governi di destra che sino ad allora si erano succeduti. Nel manifesto affermò chiaramente che sarebbe rimasto all'opposizione fino a quando il governo non "avesse cambiato sistema" e fatto "quel bene che la Nazione ha diritto di attendersi dal Governo".
Fu rieletto alla Camera nelle elezioni del 1870 e in quelle del 1874.
Il 3 marzo 1881, ormai ritiratosi dalla vita politica, convocò nel suo palazzo un'assemblea di artigiani ed operai di Cerreto Sannita che diede vita alla "Società di Mutuo Soccorso fra gli Operai di Cerreto Sannita" nella quale ricoprì anche la carica di censore sino alla morte avvenuta nel 1890.
Dall'ingegno vivace, fu anche poeta e scrittore. Sposatosi con Luisa Grilli ebbe tre figli dei quali due, Armando e Riccardo, si dedicarono alla vita politica ricoprendo per più mandati le cariche di sindaco e di consigliere provinciale.
Dopo appena tre giorni dalla morte il Consiglio comunale di Cerreto Sannita, presieduto dal barone Giuseppe Magnati, gli intitolò la parte meridionale della via che portava a Telese, strada che ancora oggi porta il suo nome.

Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
