Molti di voi si connettono alla chat tramite il web client Mibbit che però, spesso può causare problemi di velocità e disconnessione dovuti alla sua precaria stabilità.
Con questa guida, vorrei introdurvi ad una valida ed ottima alternativa, un software leggerissimo che vi permetterà di connettervi alle vostre chat preferite con assoluta sicurezza e velocità: HexChat !
Per prima cosa, scarichiamo la versione compatibile con il nostro OS . Se non sapete quale versione scaricare, cliccate su Start → Esegui e scrivete dxdiag. Si aprirà una finestra nella quale potrete vedere se il vostro sistema operativo è a 64 bit o 86 bit
Una volta scaricato il programma, installatelo normalmente, dopodiché apritelo e cliccate su Settings → Preferences e selezionate la lingua italiana, dopodiché configurate i vari menu come consegue:
Siamo quindi pronti per confiugare i server ai quali connettersi e i relativi canali. Clicchiamo quindi su HexChat → Elenco reti
Si aprirà una finestra nella quale dovremmo scegliere i server ai quali connetterci (nel nostro caso solo Rizon). Per farlo, dobbiamo scorrere la lista dei server esistenti fino a selezionare Rizon e cliccare poi su Preferita in modo da non doverla selezionare ogni volta in futuro. Fatto ciò, smarchiamo entrambe le opzioni sottostanti, come in figura
Nella seconda schermata potrete immettere la lista dei canali ai quali accedere automaticamente all'avvio (autojoin)
nella terza schermata potrete inserire eventuali comandi utili da eseguire automaticamente alla connessione al server. Io ho inserito il comand di auto-ghost: quando la connessione cade, c'è la possibilità che il vostro utente rimanga virtualmente connesso e viene denominato Ghost. Il primo comando "uccide" il Ghost, mentre il secondo comando cambia il nick sostitutivo assegnato automaticamente (quello configurato precedentemente) nel mio nome registrato in modo che il software possa autoidentificarsi subito dopo. I seguenti comandi servono per rimuovere automaticamente il ban dai canali ad accesso limitato (come #ewar) nel caso in cui si abbia lo stato di OPeratore in tale canale: ignorate gli ultimi 4 comandi se non possedete tale stato.
Potete inserire qualsiasi tipo di comando, purché non includiate lo / prima del comando.
A questo punto, cliccate su Chiudi e restartate il programma per connettervi automaticamente a Rizon e a tutti i vostri canali preferiti !
Quando entrate in un nuovo canale e volete aggiungerlo alla lista dell'autojoin (o se volete rimuoverne uno) senza dover andare nuovamente sulle impostazioni del server non dovete far altro che entrare in tale canale e cliccare col tasto destro sul nome, spuntando l'opzine Accesso automatico
Se volete essere avvertiti quando un giocatore accede al server (identificandosi) potete aggiungerlo alla Lista amici, cliccando su Aggiungi e inserendone il nickname (non è case sensitive, quindi potete anche scriverlo minuscolo)
verrete avvertiti della sua connessione tramite notice, sia quando entrerà in chat sia quando uscirà
Un utente vi disturba con la sua presenza? Vi assilla tramite messaggio privato (query)? Ignoratelo!
Cliccando col tasto destro sul suo nickname e poi su Ignora potrete risolvere i vostri problemi una volta per tutte! Questo comando però, lo ignorarerà del tutto. Per scegliere quali azioni nei vostri confronti ingnorare dovrete modificare le opzioni dedicate
Volete sapere quanto riguardo avete sulla vostra connessione (lag)? Cliccate su Visualizza → Analizzatore di rete → Testuale in modo da poterla visualizzare in basso a destra , sotto alla lista degli utenti connessi.
Non sai cosa significhino i pallini colorati accanto ai nomi dei vari utenti? Niente di più semplice:
Arancione: Founder/Owner, rispettivo della casetta di Mibbit;
Giallo: Admin, il rispettivo della chiave di Mibbit;
Verde: OPeratore, il rispettivo della stella di Mibbit;
Azzurro: HalfOP, il rispettivo della mezza stella di Mibbit;
Blu: Voice, il rispettivo dell'altoparlante di Mibbit;

In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
