...and long live Primera 2.0?

This article is for ALL the players of "new Era".

---

Day 1124 is one of the most important days in Primera history - it's when an era of equality between players is supposed to begin. Either that or an era where old players like myself are SO powerful that new players are simply forced to buy gold. Or leave.

Let me explain - It's not 30 minutes since we were opened to this "reborn" server while i'm writing this article and i'm already seeing a twenty million of damage in the practice battle, battle which until today was completely reserved for new players with almost zero funds to participate in battles. Today, practice battle has turned into a fighting orgy of oldies, everyone out-spending each other to reach the highest stats on the first day, therefore setting themselves a good foundation to be the top player in damage and in xp the day after 1124 and the day after that and the day after that...

Is any of that damage done by new players? No. Could a new player possibly do such damage unless he/she bought gold on the first day? Of course not.

Us the old players will reach level 7, 8, 9 on the very first day of the reset, newbies will have to wait days to get to the same xp/damage level and even then they will have spent most of what they owned while we didn't really spend anything "remarkable".

To the point i'm trying to make. So far the only equality (which maybe it wasn't supposed to bring in the first place) reset has brought to this game is that every player - either he/she joined on day 1, day 300 or day 1124 - are equal to the same privileges. We all get stuff for missions (which helps the newbies but for old players is just a small addition to their net worth) and we can all fight in newbie battles (which old players with their basically unlimited resources will "own". Soon you will see the top 100 players consisting of almost the same people it consisted of before, or at least of the people that have played this game for a year or more.

Of course there are exceptions in the form of some players that will spend hundreds of euros on gold to get even with oldies. Bot these exceptions were there before also, players hitting the top players list just a couple of months after joining the game.

However you look at it, money always wins - whether it's virtual or real. Old players have the money, so they win. New player will still have to buy gold to win in this game. But i guess this serves Admin 's purpose and was the true reason of this reset - more unequality means more gold bought = more money for you-know-who.

Of course saying that a new player can't play this game and reach the tops without spending real cash would be lying - of course you can. You just have to be very patient and enjoy this game very much to be motivated enough to go for the top. Old players don't often use their riches in a most economical way - you can find a way and use that. Naturally the old players get richer all the time, but so can you.

One thing i would advise new players not to do is fight, unless you find it really entertaining. You will never know when this game will be reset to zero again and when it will you will lose all the gold you invested in your damage. Better save that gold for other things. Of course if you're really not into economy but love the military side, go ahead and fight! We're all here to have fun.

It's a sad day, it's a happy day. R.I.P. Primera 1.0. R.I.P. all the friends we lost with this reset. Cheers.

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
