Cartin 黨主席候選人進行邀請訪問，讓大家更加了解參選人的想法。
記者：為何您會決定要參選這次的黨主席呢？
Cartin ：我希望為TCBC貢獻自己的一份力量。
記者：對於您的政見，軍屯該如何軍屯是否有較為細節的構思？
Cartin ：不知道這裡的軍屯和我的設想是不是一回事。我的構想是鼓勵團員在軍團內工作，這樣也方便發工資，還可以增加軍團的彈藥儲備。畢竟現在所有大軍團幾乎都要求團員在軍團內部工作。
記者：對於政黨和軍團的領導不同，你認為又該如何與軍團長進行有效的溝通？
Cartin ：比較簡單粗暴的方式就是由軍團長擔任黨主席。當然TCBC肯定不會這麼做。黨主席和軍團長都需要為團體的利益考慮.我們先分開說，黨主席為黨派的利益考慮，軍團長為軍團的利益考慮。如果暫時不考慮軍團，黨派的利益是什麼？ 只有2個，黨員人數和議員人數。而軍團的利益遠不止人數，還有戰鬥力、彈藥儲備、組織度等。合起來說，軍團為黨派提供了可靠的黨員來源，而黨派缺不能保證為軍團提供團員（因為我們不能強迫黨員入團）。
Cartin ：所以如果TCBC的軍團是TCBC的黨派直屬軍團的話，黨主席就應該把軍團的利益放在第一位（當然,多數情況下黨派和軍團利益不衝突）。
記者：TCBC軍團與其他軍團不同,並未有強而有力的聯繫方式，近期也都只是有少數幹部駐紮於一服的QQ（其他兩服的IRC），進而了解並與政府官員交流，不知道您對現階段的模式是否有其他看法？
Cartin ：我只玩1服，其他服的情況我不太了解。但是我的切身體會就是現在1服軍團的管理少得可憐。我入團這麼久都沒有聽說軍團的QQ。我還問過軍團長，他的態度基本是無為而治。一個沒有有效管理的軍團不可能成為一個有凝聚力的軍團，如果TCBC軍團想要上一個台階，一定需要在管理上下一點功夫。
記者：所以您認為我們也需要有個常駐平台,像是要地戰勤室、IRC，甚至是QQ，來讓TCBC整個集團成員可以進行交流囉？
Cartin ：這些都沒有也沒有關係，但是如果連遊戲裡的pm都沒有……
記者：您的軍政合一和
Colands V Bismarck 的軍政分離政策，有著明顯的差異點，不知道您有無什麼其他的看法？
Cartin ： Colands V Bismarck 奉行理想主義，引用很多現實中的例子來指導團體發展. 可惜理想主義是這個遊戲里第一個被摧毀的東西。如果我們都不考慮遊戲里的實際情況，只是簡單地和現實世界類比，TCBC會被淘汰。我以前在日本,在中國都見過很多這樣的軍團，從雄心壯志跑步進入衰落，如果TCBC不能腳踏實地發展而是糾結於一些旁枝末節，我們也會被淘汰。
記者：那你對TCBC，甚至是國家上，是否有其他的期許呢？
Cartin ：我之前說了，TCBC目前需要做的是發展軍團。擴充團員&儲備彈藥&增設工廠&升級軍團（升級軍團可以慢慢來,因為很貴）。一個沒有軍團支撐的黨派是空中樓閣，徒有其表。國家方面，我們現在沒有什麼話語權。除了跟著國家的戰略投票以外，我們的議員真的做不了什麼。當然我們的議員都是盡責的，這值得肯定。但是如果要他們提出所謂"有利於我們黨派和軍團的法案"，這絕對是強人所難，如何讓我們有話語權？建設強大的軍團。
記者：我們訪問也進入尾深了，不知道最後您是否其他想補充說明的？
Cartin ：我相信不管這次誰當選黨主席，對TCBC都是一件好事。我相信 Colands V Bismarck 是全心全意為我們團體謀福祉。不過由於馬上要RESET，我們還是不要把這些事情看得太重。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
