Colands V Bismarck 黨主席候選人的臨時邀請，對其進行訪問形式的文稿。記者：感覺這次TCBC黨主席選舉有著出乎意料的候選人出現，除了您原本的政見已經發表外，為何您還認為需要額外增加這次的專訪呢？
Colands V Bismarck ：這次讓你百忙抽空專訪，不是為了拉票，而是希望讓大家更了解當前TCBC的運作模式，讓黨員可以根據自己的意志，投票決定TCBC的未來。記者：那對於另一位候選人
Cartin 提出軍政合一，黨依附軍，軍團優先，黨派次之的主張，您有何看法呢？
Colands V Bismarck ：其實，這個主張很有華人軍團的特色，而我個人亦不否定軍團對於政黨競選時的貢獻。在上一次國會競選，在配票上也動員了TCBC軍團。不過，完全軍政合一會使中間派流失，畢竟不是任何人也是同黨同團的。記者：既然如此，那麼你與
Cartin 的分歧是大同小異吧？
Colands V Bismarck ：簡單點說，我是主張互惠互利，地位對等。而 Cartin 主張是政黨附屬軍團。TCBC創制之初，就是構想寡頭政治，議員政見和政黨選舉由黨主席負責，軍團指揮、運作由軍團長及副軍團長等人負責。用一個例子說，一戰或以前，英國一小隊會有一個貴族士官，貴族士官不指揮作戰，交給從小兵升上來的上士指揮，貴族士官的職責就是幫小隊向政府爭取資源。記者：那麼，這個構想的背後原因是？
Colands V Bismarck ：就是內行人管內行人。我擔任黨主席，其實是應軍團邀請，而原因是軍團缺乏搞政治出色的人才，所以才形成現在的格局。而這個分權的好處有二，第一是熟悉政治的黨主席可以根據狀況，而進行配票，以及提出統一的政見。第二是避免責任完全壓在一個人身上，畢竟一個人精力有限。記者：就
Cartin 所說，黨主席能做的事情很少，事實上，黨主席僅有參選否決權，那麼黨主席與軍團平起平坐是否不合理？
Colands V Bismarck ：其實，在TCBC之內，大家都很重要，大家都掌有一定權力。原則上黨主席可做的，確實很少，但在TCBC之內，黨主席其實職能很大，可以就黨內大會建議，作出決策修改，而軍團亦需要遵從配合。不過，總統永遠不會干預總司令戰前指揮，不是嗎？
記者：
Cartin 的政見亦曾提出，TCBC議員的一切議案，是不可能被採納，原因是我們無法左右台灣政局。我自己也覺得如此，你是怎麼看的？
Colands V Bismarck ：縱管現實是我們不過半數，但少數黨議員還是有其價值，畢竟最大黨議員也不是24小時待命。上一次加拿大宣戰案，當時可動員議員不足，如果沒有TCBC的票，恐怕不能在一小時發動進攻，所以少數黨在關鍵時刻，亦會影響政府政令宣達的效率，所以真的不需要自卑和小看自己。 記者：那你對TCBC，甚至是國家上，有什麼其他的期許呢？
Colands V Bismarck ：對於TCBC，我希望可以發展出傳統華人軍團以外的另一種體制，獎勵跟從黨意志投票便是其中之一。此外，未來希望發展出多種福利，軍團福利及同軍同黨福利等等。我心中已經有一個藍圖，如果有幸續任黨主席，就會跟軍團那邊協調推動。當然，我現在不是拉票，甚麼東西也是以人為本，黨員及團員選擇那一種方向，TCBC就應該往那一個方向進發。雖然織田信長創造了霸業，但我個人認為TCBC較適合淺井長政的家臣共議制。
至於國家，大家不要AFK便好了。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
