A) Con esta semana ya son 7 las que llevo a cargo del Grupo Empresarial, el cual ha sido dotado de una nueva imagen corporativa, asi como se han realizado cambios organizativos, de salarios y de mercados.
1- Se ha buscado una imagen que vincule mas a nuestro grupo empresarial con el pais de origen de la mayoria de sus trabajadores asi como de su CEO.
2-Actualmente me ocupo yo solo de la gestion de la empresa pero en breve se otorgará el cargo de comprador de moneda que ya está comprometido a un jugador.
3- Recientemente se han subido los salarios acorde a cada skill, y además de la extra por trabajo continuo se buscará otra forma de gratificar a los trabajadores que se dediquen a la empresa dia a dia.
4- Se están reestructurando los mercados con la visión de diversificar las ventas para tener siempre liquidez y no depender de mi cuenta personal para pagar los salarios cuando las ventas no acompañen. Así en estos momentos los mercados principales son España y Polonia.
B) Balance de cuentas, salarios, producción...
1- Semana días 1043 a 1049: total salarios: 103,35 golds, Trabajadores con extra: 2.
Semana días 1050 a 1056: total salarios: 122,1 golds, Trabajadores con extra: 4.
Semana días 1057 a 1063: total salarios: 106,3 golds, Trabajadores con extra: 2.
Semana días 1064 a 1070: total salarios: 117,5 golds, Trabajadores con extra: 3.
Semana días 1071 a 1077: total salarios: 119,5 golds, Trabajadores con extra: 5.
Semana días 1078 a 1084: total salarios: 125 golds, Trabajadores con extra: 6.
Semana días 1085 a 1091: total salarios: 132,7 golds, Trabajadores con extra: 4.
La produccion semanal está en una media entre 22700 y 28400 unidades de hierro (peor y mejor semana de produccion) , a lo que hay que sumar la produccion irregular de la fabrica de armas q3 de las que hay un stock de 1471 unidades, las cuales por ahora no se venden debido a la baja demanda, el reparto de armas que era habitual entre los trabajadores se reanudará pero se hará a plazos mas largos cada 2 o 4 meses para no tener que hacer tantas donaciones.
Actualmente la compañía tiene en reserva entre gold y monedas aproximadamente 215 Golds en reserva, y una deuda de 126,6 golds conmigo adquirida mientras aprendia como iba la stock.
He tomado la decision de no cobrar esta deuda ahora aunque ya hay efectivo para pagarla, debido a la invasion brasileña y a los problemas en el mercado que ocasionaría.
C) Continuamos ofreciendo trabajos bien remunerados:
En el Grupo Luderitz Spain buscamos nuevos empleados con cualquier Skill hasta un máximo de 18 para trabajar en compañias de hierro en la Llanura Costera (Israel). Como siempre los pagos se realizan semanalmente y se incentiva economicamente a aquellos jugadores que trabajan todos los días.
Nuestro baremo salarial es el siguiente:

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
