My dear readers, it has been a long time ago since I wrote an article so I thought it might be time to tell you what happened to me last weeks on e-sim.

But before I do this I want to tell everyone something else. I left the staff some time ago and I had an interview with Orlandio then but this article was deleted and I want to share it to everyone so contact me then you can read it. Also Essex his article and interview can be viewed by contacting me.

For the rest, the real reason why I made this article is to tell about a recent event. I was muted for 7 days because I insulted a staff member according to staff. First of all I want to tell it was about railman and I do not deny the fact I insulted him because in my eyes it was needed. Normally I wouldn't make a big deal about this but there were some faults made according to my case. First of all I was warned because I used insultive language. This was only a warning and that was it. 1,5 hours later I received a second warning but also a penaltie. This time I received a warning for insulting a Staff Member and I got muted for 7 days. As the link says you can see that I received 2 different warnings. The sad side of this is that I trained that GO in my time as a SGO. Beside that he gave me 2 penalties for 1 violation I also received a wrong penalty. Railman is in my eyes and the eyes of the Staff Newspaper not a staff member but part of the developpers. I'm reffering to the last 2 articles made by essex with the Staff newspaper. So if I follow the rules and the laws that are written by e-sim then the staff had no right to mute me 7 days because that mute is only when you insult a staff member. Just as written in the laws it says nothing about the developpers. I talked with our 2 GOA's about this and they both didn't want to unmute me and there the story ended. I can show you people the conversation between me and chasely but I won't link it here in this article.

The second thing I want to mention is the fact that you receive a higher penalty when you insult a staff member then when you insult a normal player. Is this normal? Is this socially acceptable? in my opinion NO. Since when is the staff something better then us the normal players. Before you start whining about this, when I was a staff member I always tried to fight against that standaard action. I've asked our 2 GOA's about it but NO they both think it is acceptable. My question for that is: Do you think you are better then the normal players? They both answered NO on it but still they are using that standaard action.

Also during one of my conversations a GOA said to me I deserved a much larger penalty, she said that I should be banned. Because she heard that I was spreading secret staff documents I had access too. She excused herself to me but still I wonder, would they ban you just because she heard you were making multies. I'm just thinking out loud.

Also a last thing I want to mention is that kMeel our community manager was inactive for 8 days last week. I'm also dissapointed that the adding of a country like New Zealand wasn't mentioned in Admin News and only on Facebook. Since when don't you tell the players in the game itself. There still exist people who don't use that social network

I think this is all I have to say for now. I might make a new article but I don't know if I will still be able to do so.

Sincerely Yours
MatthijsM

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
