对于此轮税改引发的一系列风波，我想做出以下几点郑重声明：
1，本轮税改议案是我个人研究思考的结果，从发起议案到辩论、终止，都绝非蓄谋已久的政治分裂行为，当然此事所引发的大规模争论和政治动荡绝非我的本意，我想也不是任何人事先预料到的，希望大家不要将此事与任何阴谋论联系起来，事实上这次的风波对税改的支持反对双方都是意料之外的事件。
2，作为议案的发起人，我对本轮税改的失败承担主要责任，我个人无论现实中还是游戏里都没有多少政治经验，对提案发起后的政治态势缺乏预计和把控的能力，这导致我在自己没有意识到的情况下，事实上发起了一次”议案冲关“行动，这种幼稚的政治错误是税改议案最终失败的根本原因，我对所有支持税改议案的朋友表示抱歉。
3，我对我个人在议案风波中所发表的所有公开言论负全部责任，其中部分伤害到了其他EC玩家感情的言论我表示诚挚的歉意，这其中大多数是我在第一天有些惊怒的心理状态下出现的失言，希望得到相关玩家的原谅。但关于”尊重游戏内政治规则“、”反对非议员用权威式命令的方式侵犯议员自主投票权“、以及”对现行制度存在从不够活跃玩家向活跃玩家输送利益的不公现象“等核心观点的表达上，我确定这些都是我的本意，正确与否也许并不重要，各位大可各自品味。
4，在整个事件过程中，我个人始终从未考虑过以内战或是简单化公投的方式来解决分歧，我也和支持税改议案的支持者沟通联系过，我们都从未发出过任何威胁内战、威胁打反或是威胁罢工（不打枪）的言论；我也希望税改议案作为一项真正为EC整体长远利益考虑的议案，永远不会需要通过这些激烈的、损害EC整体利益的方式推行。
5，减税，尤其是减进口税，我仍然相信是能够为EC带来长远利益的正确选择，所以我将继续致力于推动税收改革，当然以后我将致力于慢慢发布数据分析和政策说明，充分与大家事先沟通，争取支持，不会再犯天真的政治错误，寄希望于简单化的议案闯关来完成改革。希望支持减税的EC公民们继续支持我参选政治职务，继续支持税收改革，谢谢。
希望我的声明为这场政治风波划上一个圆满的句号，也希望这次的经历能成为EC日后所有有志于改革的玩家所借鉴，成为财富，成为经验，甚至成为日后大家回忆起e-sim生涯时一段有趣的记忆。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
