MarkJob 在7月初的时候就在群里发表过自己的想法，当初他的看法是，把进口税调低，让市场活跃起来，这样，一些不活跃的玩家就会买到便宜的物资而变得活跃起来。
但是我认为，人口的活跃是不会通过你市场如何变化而增加的，因为不活跃的玩家根本不了解市场价格，有需求的话只会哪个便宜买哪个，买完还是老样子。相反，活跃的玩家，或者是想玩好的玩家会进群，会加军团，找到更好获得物资的渠道。
进口税的降低还有另一种隐患，就是外国人来中国市场倾销，虽然现在市场基本就是外国奸商用中国籍的股份公司和一些国内的大商人拼价格，但是至少他们人不是很多，我们国内的商人还可以压一压价格。但是税全面降低就不同了，2%的进口税，基本和没有差不多，外国商人再也不用想方设法弄到中国的股份公司啦,这基本是直接弄死中国小商人的节奏，本来活跃的一部分人就要afk了。
本来很多活跃的军团管理和老妖都反对马克的建议的，大家在“友好”的气氛的讨论了很久，不过谁也没有说服谁，只能不了了之。然后这次议员选举，我因为觉得自己要去上班所以没参选，很多老妖也没参选，除15军训导团的活跃人士因为要移民去其他国家帮忙防守或pto所以也没机会参选，然后议会就出现了比较多的新面孔，其中15军训导的人居多。然后马克就来了个先斩后奏，议案先提了，然后到处找议员点同意，也不说明理由，有些新人议员不明觉历，就同意了。
一直以来，ec就不是议员主导的政治，大多数决定都是总统决定，或者几个大军阀协商决定，改税这个问题更是敏感，都是总统，财长，各军阀一致同意才敢改，生怕引起矛盾。现在马克倒好，直接来个不是议员请不要说话，议员神圣不可侵犯，国家的法案应该都由议员决定，这叫符合规则，大家可以去看看这届议会选举，几个15军的新人都得到了6-8票，像rich，kongkong这样老人就只有4，5票，完全是为了控制议会以便下一步行动的行为嘛。
选举结束第二天，在议会群没有任何通知的情况下就提出了改税议案，对我首先提出制止改税议案的行为做出了如报纸中的反应议会群截图 ，对此我只能呵呵，我刚当国防部长玩政治的时候，你还在双击呢，当时我指挥军团全是用请、希望等字眼，生怕惹火了哪个军阀，调解各方的矛盾，就是为了更好的提高ec战斗力。
现在你很厉害嘛，把握着议会部分票数，想咋改税就咋改税，反正意思就是改了有利于经济繁荣，有利于活跃玩家，全然不顾反对声音，搞得现在两边站队。你可以说这是我们不顾大局，为了一点点鸡毛蒜皮的小事搞啥内战，但是我要说的是，ec就是个人情社会，战斗力基本就是靠人情堆起来的，能有过去的成就，基本是各方看在一些人的面子上共同合作，既然现在你要无视大多数人，搞所谓的规则，那我只能撕破脸皮，和你对着干了，反正这件事无论是和平解决还是战斗解决，ec的战斗力都会下降一大截，我还不如尝试新东西，游戏而已嘛，咋玩不是玩呢。

rzc406944382 ，估计你的努力都白费了，但事已至此，矛盾已经是不能化解的了，对于这么毫无道理卸任我不会请求大家原谅，因为我是个很自私的人，啥事都是以自己利益为前提的，帮助别人也只是因为自己要感觉舒服一些。现在发生这样的事情我也不想再这样为这样的ec的指挥战斗了，ec究竟会何去何从我也不知道，因为我对这个虚拟的国家没有丝毫感情，我只是看在那么多支持我的人的份上继续努力而已，既然一部分非要惹出事端，我也不会置之度外，我会和我感情好的人继续战斗。
游戏，是和朋友玩的，不是为了那所谓的理想玩的。

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
